My 3 year old daughter and I went inside for breakfast around 8:00 because she wanted to sit next to the cow riding a motorcycle. We never have the opportunity to have daddy daughter breakfasts and it was a big “to-do” for us. We order food and request dine in. The store inside was mostly empty. The supervisor who took our order gave our food in a to-go bag and told us that we can’t sit by the motorcycle because it’s for dine in/ sit down customers only. My daughter was clearly upset (she is 3) but I was also. I was really looking forward to making her day and having a nice sit down breakfast. Apparently this location is cut-throat on seating rules and denied my request for being able to sit next to the motorcycle that my daughter was so excited for all morning. The supervisor looked at my daughter, looked at me, and was unable to allow us to sit in the mostly EMPTY store by the motorcycle. I find this to be ridiculous. I never leave reviews but this really bothered me. It felt almost dystopian, non-genuine, and overly corporate. We just wanted to see the motorcycle :(

The wait here is ridiculously long and it takes a MINIMUM of 5 mins for anyone to show you any type of acknowledgment once you are there. Most of the staff are teenagers who are there for a paycheck and nothing more. You try to check on your order and the answer is always the same, “it’s being made now.” I want a time frame not the same sorry excuse I get from different employees. I assume management isn’t strict like they used to be because the front counter staff is on their phone 8/10 times and I guess that’s why it takes awhile for them to notice you standing at the counter/mobile order area. Don’t even get me started on the drive thru and then having you pull up for simple items like a dang grilled cheese and completely forget about you so you have to walk inside to remind them you’re still there. Not to mention, the grilled cheese is either not grilled or BURNT to a crisp. This establishment went down hill TREMENDOUSLY roughly a year ago or so. I wish Mr. Lindley would step in and show some innovative.

We ordered a nugget meal and a sandwitch meal with extra pickels. The food is about average but only just kinda warm not hot. This is due to the fact we used the app. We were told because we used the app to order we could not sit in the nice cool seating area we had to sit in a corner. They then forgot to tell us our food was ready and just left it sitting on a counter (thus the food had cooled). It's not a normal chick fil a its got a cool vibe but it does not have that normal chick fil a service. I would go to a normal chick fil a and get that amazing bendover backward service it is known for. Not this place where your treated like an after thought.

Got rid of the second drive thru so line is ridiculous long. Than staff let’s 4 or 5 cars sit at window while serving cars at the end of the line. There is a line for a reason its order of operations

Update: Cubside is no longer fast. There seems to be a push for use of the mobile lane, which to me doesn't hold much advantage over the normal drive through. The customer service is no longer top tier. It seems like they may be losing their way. I've started going to the Taylor Street location. I had a horrible experience at Truett's as far as wait time, but I must admit that management was responsive to my feedback. I'm hoping things even out.Good food. Fast services. This is a very busy location. Curbside is typically faster than drive through. Customer service is usually top-tier.

AUTUMN HUDSON

I'm not really sure who dropped the ball. But this location caused a lot of frustration today. I paid $97 for 11 Chick-fil-A boxes. The boxes were scheduled to be picked up from 2:30-2:45. My husband picked up the "boxes" at 2:30 pm and they only handed my husband chicken nuggets. The boxes were suppose to have 8ct nuggets, a cookie and waffle chips. The boxes were for my daughter's party... My husband had to rush back to the restaurant to have them create the boxes by the time my husband got back to our daughter's party, the party was over. We had several people leave and we were unable to give them a box. We also still had missing items!!! This location needs to do better!
