Screwed up my order. When I politely asked to get the drink I never got, they said there was not an order for it, and that I’d have to pay again, even though it was on my receipt.

I’m done with this location. I’ve watched them remodel and just make it worse… twice! I ordered on my phone and drive there tonight so I could sit in while a sea of people pay with cards/cash which is fine, but since lane 2 is “only used for rushes” … ironic given it was still 6. Why don’t you guys open lane 2 for mobile orders so customers aren’t looking at run over cones you’ve setup. The drive thru is also far too narrow, evident by the scuffs and scraps on the columns. The steep speed bumps in back are too high and are chipping away. This location receives a ton of business and they could easily pay 1 more person that just hands off mobile orders in a lane that isn’t used 80% of the time. I’m sure they’ll still get the business, but not from me. Good riddance.

The girl, giving out food. We watched her give away our 2 chocolate milk shakes. Then when we got to the window and had to sit. They finally asked for our name, I told them, and what it was. The girl inside wanted to know what happened to the ones she just made. We told her what happened. They did remake ours thankfully.
I don't like this place , doesn't mean it's not good. Everytime I get a sandwich it is messy and the chicken pops out of the end. A lil expensive for my taste. Like I said everyone has their own thing.
