The items look old, and the counter where they fix food is always a mess. It doesn't seem like they refresh the food often. The workers are ALWAYS polite thou.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This place is horrible. I’ve given them chances after chance. The customer service is terrible all the way down to management!! They portion your food like they are feeding a 2 yr old. Never have fresh food literally scraping the pan every time im there. Something need to be done asap. I wouldn’t recommend.

The place was messy. The grill was dirty. The counter has every type of food on it. Never wiped down. No Peppers available because the grill guy was on break. The crew was ready to leave an hour before closing time.

Love the brisket bowl! Worth the wait if crowded. Seems as if it’s a hit (brisket) high demand. Food was prepared as requested and not a hint of attitude or frustration from employees as I supervised them as to my desired portion. Friendly, patient and courteous!
