Food was decent the few times we’ve been there. Just barely any meat at all. The attitudes and just plain out rudeness, are the reasons I won’t be going back. One employee just rolled her eyes and walked off completely. They don’t speak to you, barely even look at you. I have a gluten intolerance which is why I got corn tortillas and was given flour tortillas.

I walked into the store and no one greeted me i stood right in front of the register and they were all ignoring me like i was not there and my assumption from the eye looking and the fact that i was ignored because they assumed that i was hispanic and did not speak English it was very disrespectful they made me super uncomfortable just because i look HISPANIC???????? I feel sorry for the other door-dashers that are actually hispanic and struggle with English…….

This was one of the weirdest and most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with fast food.
My wife and I placed our order online and waited about 20 minutes until the app said it was ready. Waited in line for quite a while, got to the window and the worker said they “lost” our order and had us repeat most of it.
She then came back to the window very annoyed and asked my wife if she would take steak instead of chicken, because, as she said, “the guy in here is taking too long to cut chicken”….
We then waited quite a while for our food to come out, and a lot of the order was not what we asked for. Zero corn salsa, even though we ordered and for extra, and uncooked rice. When she forgot our drinks, we just decided it wasn’t worth it.
The whole time the lady serving us just seemed annoyed that we were there and did not care what was happening at all or how long we had to wait. She wasn’t necessarily rude, just… Just a really weird and disappointing visit
Edit: also my burrito was half naked when I pulled it out of the bag
Never again. The staff is rude, the restaurant is dirty, the food was cold, and servers tossed our food around like it was a game. This place wont last long.

I've been to this Chipotle a hand full of times since it's the closest one to me. At no point have I ever had a majority positive experience. This last time (yesterday), I went inside to order my wife and I food—two bowls. The service was meh per usual but that isn't news. I got two bags of chips with my order only to get home and taste that the chips were so very stale. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but it needs a major overhaul. Server attitudes were unpleasant (except one guy who's name I did not. I believe he had dreads) as were the chips. The portion sizes were great though!

There is so much wrong here. For one they put lettuce and guacamole on my burrito which if you see in my order isn’t what I asked for not only that they made it so thick it busted before I even got it out the package couldn’t even enjoy it at all.

The chicken was low and I was about to pay for double chicken until the old lady gave me 1 and a half scoops... I would have gladly waited until more chicken was cut but don't try to skim me... I told her to keep it....
