Went today at 11:15, sign outside says lobby open. Nope door locked. A few months ago went with my son and pulled into parking spot. Watched them lock the door from my car. You need to fire everyone and start over with staff. No wonder every time I pass by there it's empty both inside and drive thru. Good luck staying in business

This place has gone waaaay downhill since COVID. Lately, you can barely tell if it's even open. The food is made lackluster, half the employees act like they don't even realize they are at work, and the dining area seems like a ghost town most of the time. And to think I was so excited to learn that a Del Taco was returning to town that I was texting friends about it!

I tried to get tacos and they told me the system was down. They were rude about it too. I had stopped going for a while because they were frequently unprepared to open, even after 12pm. This place has really gone downhill. Used to go twice a week, minimum. Shout out to Christa, who was a great employee.

Walked in, only people there took several minutes to take our order. Did not have beef for a taco had to change order changed to streak got chicken instead. ordered 2 quesadilla only got one had to ask for the second one but took forever another family came in stood at the counter to order and after several minutes (10 plus) they left. It was close to 15 minutes. Makes sense why there were no more customers
We placed an online order. Get there and was told to park they world bring it out. I finally went in and she had FORGOT TO MAKE THE ORDER. THEN TELLS ME THEY DONT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED!!!! SHE SAYS "MY BAD" While waiting for my oder it's been over 40 minutes now. A person comes yo the counter with the empty sauce containers, tells her they are out of sauce. She just looks at him and gives someone in the drive thru thier food. About 3 minutes later, while the man is still waiting patiently goes and gets sauce. I currently still have no food. The young man doing the cooking is very pleasant and helpful. But still waiting on food!!!!

Ordered a Grilled Birra Combo burrito with consume, Bean and Cheese burrito and Caramel Cheesecake bites. The Grilled Birra Combo Burrito is a new menu item and I am impressed with the taste of the birra, as the birra is seasoned well and taste just like Birra you would get from a restaurant or taco stand.
As far as the caramel cheesecake bites and bean & cheese burrito, still the same great Del Taco taste and quality.
The staff at this location are friendly and courteous. Received the incorrect food order after double checking the to-go bag before leaving the drive-thru. The staff members did a great job of making sure that the food order was correct and remade the food order fresh. I appreciate the staff for making sure that my food order was correct and doing so with a genuine positive attitude.
Terrible service always a wait and way to overpriced to be worse quality than Taco Bell won’t be back and will go to a legit Mexican restaurant next time haha

Great service , friendly and professional ! My grand daughter loves the grilled chicken soft shell tacos ! She's like a hundred pounds and eats 8 grilled chicken soft shell tacos at a sitting !! Thank you for your great service
