Ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza and it took 3-3 1/2 hours to receive. Tried to call to cancel 2 hours in when it was still in prep and was on hold for an 1- 1 1/2 hours when I finally gave up and just hung up. Their estimated time was 1 hour, not 3 almost 4 hours. Tried their support line for a refund and good luck because you don’t get a response on that either. Not a fan….

Rude placed an order at 11:24am , and it’s 1:00pm and order is still baking ! No one answers the phone to cancel the order. Unfortunately it was an order over $35 so it made me pay in advance to place the order. Contacted corporate but all does is send you an answering machine. 1:51 pm and still trying to get an answer.

Ordered 2 regular pepperoni pizzas but got a chicken Alfredo pizza with black olives on it. Then I tried to call so I can get what I paid for and they deliberately hung up on me multiple times . I’m even trying to call today and they are still telling me to hold, and then hanging up after having me hold for 15 minutes. This is the wrist dominos I’ve ever experienced

Order placed at 1:49..received call at 2:38 saying out for delivery.. it is now 3:25 and no one at the store will answer the phone! You AI is terrible and does not solve problems.. usually this store is on point.. the past couple of times the quality and detail are below expectations

I guess they’re allowed to pick & choose who to serve based on their feelings or whatever. They literally called me to cancel my order after ten minutes because they were “focused on deliveries” but the funny part is I was in the parking lot and could see the screen with only three pizzas on it lol. To be working all day long and just need a pizza to go, pay for it, and then pull up thinking it’d be ready soon just for them to call me and tell me that apparently Domino’s doesn’t accept orders after… sorry ma’am, but you couldn’t give a specific cut off time because it doesn’t exist…? What a slap in the face. I should’ve never trusted this place when I seen the 3.3 star review lol. Not the lady telling me to make a delivery order instead…. Like, I’m here… I live 20 minutes away and how am I supposed to trust that you’ll even actually come??? I thought I was making life easier on them by choosing carry out since I was already on the way home and wouldn’t have the time to choose delivery. I’m just so mad right now, these people made absolutely zero sense to me. I better see my refund immediately. What if I spent my last 25 bucks on a pizza just for it to get cancelled and told to make a double order that’ll take another 45 minutes??? Ridiculous. Update: Went to order a delivery but of course we’re out of the zone. I’m so pissed off. My only option is carry out but nope! Apparently this location has a cut off time for carry out ahahahahahahahhahaa
I know the standards should not be set high for a dominos pizza but this place reaches a new level of low. Used to be better here. Not sure what happened. Recent order made the family sick and they got the toppings wrong on top of that. 10/10 would not recommend. Get degiorrno.

I had a gender reveal on Saturday 8/23/2025 with an order of 6 pizzas almost $50 that was suppose to be ready at 4. Placed the order at 3:26pm and text stated they would be ready in 10 mins ( How can you prepare that many pizzas and they be ready that fast) Long story short I get the pizzas and neither was fresh and I was told to call back the next day to talk to GM which I called several times and no one would answer so when I did speak to a Gm I was told there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t reported on the day of and got all smart at the mouth!!! I had a bunch of angry guests and total waste of my money!!! BOTTOM LINE NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
