I go in to order the 2 combo for $16 as advertised. You have to order online or via the app. I tried and said it wasn’t available. Come to the store and ask about it they say there app and online system is not working so they will not honor the coupons. Makes no sense at all.

As of March 14 2025 the food has unfortunately gone down hill and it is not the quality that it use to be! Sad! I could barely eat my hot roast beef sub as it was soggy and onions and peppers over cooked!! Will go elsewhere now as the people working there all seemed new !!

My husband observed one of the food preparers drop a thermometer and, instead of properly washing it, simply wiped it off with a rag and continued using it. This incident raises concerns about the overall hygiene and food safety practices in place, making one wonder what other unsanitary procedures may be occurring. Its almost 4 pm he didn't catch her full name on her tag but the first three letters was KIM. Too bad this was one of my favorite locations.

As usual they were out of an ingredient for the sandwiches I ordered. I placed a online order only to show up and they were out of lettuce. The sandwiches were not ready at promised time, I had to wait while they made the sandwiches which defeats the purpose of ordering on the app. This has happened on my last 5 orders
Had to have my sandwich remade twice because they refused to listen and it was only supposed to be a large turkey on wheat with bacon and provolone nothing else. They first put mayo then they didn’t make it on wheat bread. Not that complicated shouldn’t have to have a 14$ sandwich fixed twice.

Good food. Showed up and someone had picked my sandwich up due to me placing my order online. The team got me a new sandwich made in very fast manner and was out of the building in 10 min. Thank you griffin team for that.
3rd consecutive time’s the charm I guess. Griffin Firehouse yet another location added to the list of FH we will not be returning to. Sure, the quality of food used is acceptable but their staff obviously has some mental block for the application of said food into actually edible meals. Makes me wonder, would they pay $35 for the slop they try to pass off on us & eat it themselves? I hope not. Speaks volumes about their character if so. I would say do better but I doubt it’s possible for this crew. No service in the “service” industry anywhere anymore though I guess. Definitely worth the trip to another location.
