First time visit. I was only customer in store upon arriving and ordering. There was 5 employees and only one young black male making sandwiches while the rest were talking. Call in orders had priority and were going out the door. Other customers came in placing orders. Then another employeestarted making sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes asked if they had made my sandwich. Girl in charge stated it was being made. Waited another 5 minutes and finally got my sandwich. Very poor service and attitudes. Young black male should be rewarded. Rest of employees waste of money and time.

Ordered on line a steamer, ready when wife got there. Hot still when I got it. Something wasn’t right about it, 2 1/2 hours I found out something wasn’t right about it! It started coming out like a fire hose!!!! Was saving haft for lunch but this morning after making 5 trips with the fire hydrant full flow, I checked the sandwich and you could tell the meat had gone bad! Boy this place has gone down hill! Will never eat at this or any other firehouse!

This store is on a corner location so pull around to the back to park. Clean place good food good service.Parking: The parking is behind the store or can parallel park infrontKid-friendliness: Is nice how they fix the place up with firefighter stuff. I was the only one in line when I ordered the hot steak and cheese and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich and you have the nerve to have a tip button on the pay pad.After I waited a while I was told they had a lot of online orders ahead of me.This is a terrible policy to not serve people waiting in the store.You should have part of the six employee that were back there dedicated to in-store orders.Don’t worry about fixing this for me because I won’t be back.The sandwich was dripping wet, not very hot and the bread was soaked and soggy.This place should be fixed or closed.i have never had this issue at other Firehouse locations.Ice tea was good, that’s it.

Asked for the sandwich to be toasted,was pretty rubbery and chewy when recieved. Was like 2pm so it wasn't busy at all. Just overall let down from the many visits we have enjoyed b4.Parking: 10-15

Placed order for 3 subs, ALL of them were prepared correctly, ready and waiting when we walked in.Parking: The easiest in/out parking is BESIDE Firehouse. There is one on-the-street parking directly in front but it's narrow amd traffic is busy. Turn into the lot just past it and it's much easier.
