Just came through the drive through and the lady wait til we get to the window and say “we out of grape jelly.” Then proceeded to swipe the card before I could get a chance to say nevermind I don’t want it. You should have said something at the ordering window before I placed my order. Then you took the food you gave us BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW! You’re not suppose to do that!

The food here is absolutely disgusting!!! Every time I have come here the food has been revolting to say the least!!!! The biscuits are dry yet slap full of what tastes and feels like old grease, the sausage tastes old and bland, the eggs dont taste like real eggs at all yet yall have the audacity to charge your egregious prices?! Hell no!! Never again!!! If I could rate 0 stars I'd do so

I just left Hardee’s and lady name GiGi was amazing. The staff was so sweet too, but she was so patient and polite I ordered a big order that came up to 55.67$ and when I tell you she did not rush me or say “is that it” I just had to share my experience thanks you GiGi you’ve made my day

Staff is friendly, breakfast food and lunch food is great, prices are a little high but that's everywhere now, and the sweets leave much to be desired. I was lured in by the pictures of the amazing looking maple cinnamon rolls and I was disappointed when I received this barely iced, dry hockey puck.
Absolute garbage. TERRIBLE employees. Understaffed. Counter lady was frazzled, frustrated, overworked, underpaid, and looked like she wanted to cry & quit. Kitchen staff was slow, useless, disorganized, and not helping counter lady. Total fail. This is on their management. Chick-Fil-A can find, recruit and train smart happy people. So can other places, but you have to pay them and hold them to a standard. This place has failed in that regard. Avoid.
