Absolute garbage. TERRIBLE employees. Understaffed. Counter lady was frazzled, frustrated, overworked, underpaid, and looked like she wanted to cry & quit. Kitchen staff was slow, useless, disorganized, and not helping counter lady. Total fail. This is on their management. Chick-Fil-A can find, recruit and train smart happy people. So can other places, but you have to pay them and hold them to a standard. This place has failed in that regard. Avoid.

My only complaint is the drive thru is not made for full size trucks because my tires rub the concrete because the drive around is to narrow. People want the convenience of pulling thru so unless I feel like going in I drive to another restaurant. This is the griffin, GA location

Service was fairly quick expesialy for Hardee's there usally always slow. The portions have gotten smaller as the price has gone up, I think all of the fast food chains have done that. The smaller portion and higher price is the reason for 4 star's.

It's okay when you're a senior and you go in there and sit and talk I guess because you're not really dealing with anybody you get your food and go sit in the corner but I'm not one of those quiet seniors I don't like to get my food and sit down I like to go through the drive-thru and take it home in privacy the problem is you have to examine it before you leave in the breakfast rush, because it is usually thrown together. In the evening you can forget about it the most rudest people in the world work in the evening and they hate when you come around because they don't have that much business in the evening and it's like you're disturbing them if you order something I don't go there at all in the evening I'll probably do breakfast again there as long as I examine my food before I leave

I had an issue with one of my sandwiches, and the employees/manager went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed. They kept on checking on me to make sure that I was satisfied afterwards. I definitely recommend you to come here. Great attitude and amazing service.
