Definitely not impressed. First time visiting and will not be going back, ordered hibachi chicken and it looked like pulled chicken breast with no color covered with teriyaki sauce on top of cabbage, the salad came with ginger dressing which I personally don’t like, the service was really good, the waitress was super attentive but the food can definitely improve !!

My wife and I were in Griffin and decided to stop in this restaurant for an early dinner. The place is very clean and the hospitality was also good. The service was very good and the food was great?, the prices are very good for the portions of food that you get. We had a tempura appetizer which was also good. It's a Japanese steakhouse so you have the option of the hibachi grill or a regular table, we choose the table but I still got a hibachi dish ? and still have left overs for lunch.

We come to the establishment often and have NEVER seen or been told that there is an automatic upcharge of 16% for 4 adults and 2 children. Be aware when you visit here because I paid tip on top of that because I didn't see anywhere that they took it upon themselves to charge a tip of 16%. I have heard of this for a party of 8 even 10 but 4 adults and 2 toddlers? Bad business. We won't be back.

Very disappointed. The food was not up to par. The server that brought us drinks was rude. The tea was very weak so my grand- daughter asked if she could get a Pepsi. He brought out Pepsi and instead of pouring the tea out of her glass (she still had some in it) he poured the Pepsi in the same glass. When we paid he jerked the folder with my credit card in it out of her hand. I couldn't believe how rude he was. We usually go to McDonough for hibachi but went to Griffin because it was closer. The person cooking was inexperienced and the food was rather bland. We we were not the only ones at that table that were disappointed. Needless to say we won't go back to that location but would rather drive the extra 30 min and go to McDonough. I spent $87.35 and if you hadn't already added a tip to my bill you wouldn't have gotten any.

Absolutely lovely intimate setting! The little old woman who served us was delightful, witty and funny. The food was delectable and we had so much leftover to bring home and have 2x more throughout the evening! If you're looking for a nice spot for a date or lunch together..try here. PS- the price was definitely pricing just right!
