Second time eating here and same problems both times (was thinking first time was because store was newer) pretty simple order. Ordered two phillys extra mayo. Lady is writing it down as in saying it. Then she gets confused and asks me to repeat and she writes it down again repeats it. Took 25 mins to get two sandwiches and one was wrong. Didn’t have time to wait another 20 mins to fix it. Seems a lot of confusion between the staff working on 10/12. There was one guy working who was doing a great job. Seemed like he was doing it all while the others didn’t know what they were doing.

The Female manager that worked on October 4th 2025 around 4:15 was extremely rude .. I asked a simple question about sampling one of their new meats.. and a simple answer like “no we’re not able to do that” would’ve been fine.. instead we got a “WHAT YOU MEAN TRY A SAMPLE? WE CANT DO THAT” frowning up her face while she’s saying this as well. Rude from the time we walked in and from the time we walked out .. Just mad at us for no reason.. probably was having a bad day but that’s no reason to talk to PAYING customers .. The guy making the sandwich got upset because we asked for the sandwich to be cut in 4’s… he sucked his teeth and grunted. Again.. Nothing was said to these 2 individuals prior to them being disrespectful to us. Not sure who runs the store, but it’s definitely time for a team meeting.
NOT TO MENTION…. The store was COMPLETELY empty and I was being rushed to create my sandwich, pay and leave. The guy asked me if I was ready to pay when all I had on my bread was mayo, sandwich was not wrapped up yet whatsoever.

Completely messed up my order. Ordered a chicken Philly with no peppers and onions, extra meat, extra cheese, and bacon. I received a sandwich with peppers and onions, no extra cheese, meat, or bacon. Employees need to get it together in there!

I will say, I really Like Jersey Mike’s! But I will tell you one thing, Griffin employees sure know how to screw a good thing up. 1) ordered a Jersey Mike salad - they looked at me like I am crazy. 2) Ordered a Philly - wasn’t that impressed by it 3) employees acted like they didn’t know the menu and they acted like they didn’t want to serve you. I went around 1:30 pm, maybe they were tired after lunch rush - IDK - but the amount of Money you pay - should be better Trust me I like Jersey Mike’s (McDonough, Peachtree City, Macon, and Conyers) I was excited that Griffin was opened one! This was the second time, maybe I should try dinner time.

We didn't know the store had finally opened until we were driving by yesterday (8/30). So we decided to swing in and grab subs for dinner. The three guys that were working were great! They were cutting up with our young daughter. When we left she told us they were very nice and funny. She was right, they were very nice and funny. The food was also great. Plus they have cream soda in the fountain machine. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the Philly Steak with no mushrooms and that is what I got. It was good and hot. But I wish I was asked if I wanted to add anything. But maybe because it is a hot sub you are not offering to add lettuce and tomatoes. But I will ask next time because I will be back.. I hade ate it up before adding a photo…lol…so good.

Went there this afternoon. There were 5 employees. 3 guys and two ladies. The lady at the register was as sweet as she could be. The other lady was not. She asked me what I would like and I told hot ham and cheese please. She said we can't do that it's a cold sub she said cold subs on this side and hot subs on the other side. So I said I will take a #17 on wheat she said we don't have any wheat bread so I said ok I will take white bread she then turned away from me and told one of the guys to take my order rolled her eyes and walked away...after waiting about 20 minutes I finally got my sandwhich...I will not go back that's it for me.....

My recent visit was a terrible first experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. One employee was sort of yelling at customers and had a really bad attitude, which made the whole environment feel tense and rushed. The food was good, but extremely overpriced. I also saw another customer bring up a problem with her order, and the same rude employee responded with an attitude instead of helping her respectfully. For how expensive the food is, the customer service should be much better. I won’t be coming back.

Went yesterday as they recently opened. Took my spouse who had never had Jersey mikes before.
Food - fresh and delicious. I had the #55 and asked them to 86 the mushrooms. It came out perfectly without a mushroom in sight! Perfection there. My spouse got the #8. The sandwich was well received but firehouse subs still holds the victory as the ham from firehouse is a sweet kind unlike Jersey mikes.
Service - too many cooks in the kitchen. There were about 5-7 employees on staff. Only 2 seemed to have any confidence or customer service experience in any way. One was a white lady, she has a tattoo on her neck if I’m recalling correctly, and was active and fast paced! Everything was quick and speedy with her. The rest seemed to mostly be fumbling around like it was their first job.
Atmosphere - very clean but restaurant is new. Has a smell that is peculiar but not disgusting. Not sure if that’s a construction smell or the old smell of the your pie that existed here prior. I want to say there were only 4 low top tables and 3 high top tables. May be off by one or two on each as I’m going off pure memory. Bathroom was stocked and clean. Outside patio not utilized. I give a 3 as it’s a Jersey mikes, come on what atmosphere? It’s beach themed but in a very corporate way.

Finally open! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store! I placed an online order, I arrived before my food was promised, so I had a little wait. My order was correct and the food was good, well worth the wait for this location to open! I will be going back!
