I did DoorDash pick up and my app decided when I was picking my food up was a great time to not work. The employee (didn’t catch her name) was nice and patient with me about the whole thing, and even helped me out to confirm my order.
They’re always super friendly in there, it’s always clean, and the food never tastes overly greasy.

I walked in the store and no one was in line. There were two customers waiting on their order and two or three cars in the drive thru. The manager was behind the front line (but visible) yelling at her staff. The two young men on the front side of the counter (register side) saw me and looked my way multiple times. I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged me. My father and father in law spent their entire adult lives in the restaurant business so I understand restaurant customer service. This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. No matter how busy you are, you acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be with them as quickly as possible. I left without ordering and will not be back. Completely unprofessional and rude.
