If this location has a manager they should actually manage the staff. Ordered and paid online. According to the app my order was ready at 8:43. After waiting my turn in the drive thru line to be told to go park and they will bring it out. Waited another 25 minutes, eventually I had to go inside and wait some more. Never again. Off my list.

I ordered 16 pieces of tender meal from Drive Threw, however, I was disappointed to find that only 8 were delivered. Additionally, the condiments I requested were not provided. The customer service representative was accused me of consuming some of the food🙄🙄🙄 and Drive Threw responded by stating that all condiments were added with the most inappropriate remarks. I will not be returning for sure.

Often people call to complain or write reviews to complain but I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks and appreciation to this location!! We ordered a 12 piece family meal and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The food was hot, the coleslaw was cold the biscuits were fluffy and fresh! The customer service was on point and we as a family wanted to just say thank you!! Everyone is full and happy! No pictures were taken bc we ate it all!! Lol

I ordered a bottle of water and they gave me a dirty filthy STINKING bottle of water. I’m so mad literally their standards are in the garbage like this trash they gave me. All of their restaurants are terrible because the employees don’t care and clearly there is no accountability. I don’t expect much when I order fast food but a disgusting bottle of water that made my car stink is ridiculous. They should be ashamed.

I enjoy the chicken it's really hot and fresh. My beef is paying 10 dols for chicken tenders of the size around inch wide and 3 inches to 2 inches long. What happen to actually getting a normal size tender. To get your money's worth your better off buying actual chicken pieces leg wing thing or breast. Cause your not getting tenders your getting small strips and I mean small!! Not worth 10 dols for 4 pieces of scraps. Other than that no beef with other. KFC needs to get back their big tenders they use to have .. they were great.
I just wanna say thank you to Keke and the rest of the KFC crew❤️ Mistakes happen and me being so patient and so understanding I most definitely understood that. One night the older lady was taking orders and gave my food to someone else I waited 35 minutes and ke ke came out with a great attitude and made sure I left with food even though they were out of wedges and ranch she She asked me if I would like fries and I said yes. She also told me to come back the next day and she replaced my order… The right way and I got my wedges and ranch 🤣🙌🏽 again thank you ladies for being so sweet and doing things the right way… if I could give y'all ratings a 10 I would ❤️❤️😘 (from the lady in the Blue Nissan lol) keep being great y'all….

When you say you close at 10, but at 9:30 you say you don't have any chicken and you can't cook any bc your fryers are off, it's just bad business. Just say you close at 9 bc you just lost lost on about $100....

It seems as of late that, KFC has decided to put 10:00 p.m. as their closing time but really it is 9:00 p.m. . The reason I say this, is because at 9:00p.m., if they start running out of stuff or they don't have it in. Even if you're willing to wait for it, is not getting cooked.. The mashed potatoes were the worst I have ever had they were like big hard lumps of dirt really the green beans were too greasy and the chicken was dried up pretty much it was just underneath the skin and stuff the meat was already dried up.
