Often people call to complain or write reviews to complain but I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks and appreciation to this location!! We ordered a 12 piece family meal and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The food was hot, the coleslaw was cold the biscuits were fluffy and fresh! The customer service was on point and we as a family wanted to just say thank you!! Everyone is full and happy! No pictures were taken bc we ate it all!! Lol

I just wanna say thank you to Keke and the rest of the KFC crew❤️ Mistakes happen and me being so patient and so understanding I most definitely understood that. One night the older lady was taking orders and gave my food to someone else I waited 35 minutes and ke ke came out with a great attitude and made sure I left with food even though they were out of wedges and ranch she She asked me if I would like fries and I said yes. When you say you close at 10, but at 9:30 you say you don't have any chicken and you can't cook any bc your fryers are off, it's just bad business. Just say you close at 9 bc you just lost lost on about $100....
