This location needs to train it’s employees on how to give good customer service. If you wouldn’t eat it…don’t serve it to paying customers! Late night employees with the exception of two really would benefit from a customer service training session. Serving cold, hard food that’s been left out for God knows how long definitely isn’t worth $13. Put the cellphones down at the drive thru and pay attention

Horrible experience here. The food was cold, items were missing, and a dessert was replaced without even confirming with me if it was ok. The fries were not fully cooked. I went into the building 3 times and still didn't leave 2% satisfied. These people don't care to take your money and mess up your order, so be sure to always check if you decide to get anything from here

Only thing that was wrong was when I got there they told me at the drive through it was going to be a long wait I asked how long they said every bit of atleast 20 mins so I waited but I dont think it only took about 15 mins and food was worth it I love Krystals and I live in thomaston so anytime in griffin I have to stop and get some I really wish we could get one in thomaston ga pls krystal put one in thomaston pls pls pls pls pls

Pulled in to the drive thru at 5pm. Woman in the window said they are closed. Pulled up to a parking spot to look for somewhere else, then saw 2 cars drive in to the drive thru and get service? Pretty bad! Guess they didn't want to serve me.

I don't care if I was a day late or not u as a gm manager should not gotten in my face the way u did and u screaming and raising your voice at me that's not a good manager and I had a witnesses that recorded everything that happened outside between me and you you started this by raising your voice at me screaming at me hollering at me and doing the same thing inside as a GM you should know better and all because of a post that I posted on Spalding county discussion page the police can't do anything because it's not a crime and honestly and his older woman than me you should have known better also you should have known better not to do all this to a pregnant woman

My score for this store like this because of the way I was treated by a manager while visiting this store. The way she came on the speaker, told me she ain’t want to be to work, then when we proceeded with the order her rudeness was definitely over the top. I understand rules and I definitely abide, but there is still a better way to handle it talk to a person. I then go inside and ask for the manager because I didn’t like my encounter with the person at drive thru and the manager is the person at the drive thru very dissatisfied. Fortunately the GM was there and handled the situation and she definitely apologized for the behavior. I still probably will not return due to the simple fact of the manager will be so rude and nasty I could only imagine how the rest of the employees are!
