I saw one employee wiping down the tables then reach in both the trash bins. Walk off to get napkins & refill the holders. No gloves. Every time we go in this employee takes off their hat & wipes their hair down with their hand before taking our order.

Krystal prices have gone SKY HIGH 1 small chicken sandwich is $3.09 which is just too much for a hungry person. I ordered 1 today & it was gone in 3 bites. I weigh only 115 pounds, & I was still hungry. I live below poverty level & I used to come in & have breakfast each morning, but your prices are just too HIGH for the portion size. Just saying...

I ordered the 3 double Krystal combo add cheeses, mayo, & ketchup, large fry (upgraded to cheese, bacon, jalapeño), large strawberry Fanta!! I got 3 cold Krystals, fries with chili and a Dr Pepper!!! I just got off work! There was no one in front of me but as I was waiting on my food people began to pull up and the cashier got flustered and overwhelm it seemed!!! My whole order was wrong and I was not about to turn around and go back!!! I live in the other side of griffin!!!!

Upon trying to place my order the staff had attitude and was questioning a basic order and seemed to act like it was an issue to take my order. I didn’t ask for anything special just a sack of cheese crystals some chilli cheese pups. Only good thing I can say is I was not there very long for the order. The Krystal’s were a lot more soggy than usual the bread was so slimy we just threw it away. None of the Krystal burgers had any onions, mustard or pickles on them. Just meat and cheese. We’re not very good at all the pups were decent but for the money was not worth it doubt I will go back

The line is always too long cause they are having some sort of issue with something new everytime. Employees are not the greatest at seeming like they want to be there or help you for that matter . My order is always getting something messed up. I order on the app and it tells me 4 mins it’ll be ready which always means 30+ mins.Also when did Krystal like double to triple the price of everything?!? Do better Krystal

There a bit of a wait as they prepared other orders, seeming to ignore me. It was like, if they didn't look in my direction, I wasn't there. Then a woman, I presume, was the manager asked what I was waiting for, and I gave her my order. The order came out quickly. It was hot, and the fries were crispy and good. The Icee machine is down and they didn't have tea. The dining room was clean. The music was at the correct volume for me.

so I asked the girl at the counter to help me find the best deal for my order as I don't eat here often, I told her what I needed and she gave me a total, didn't offer me any suggestions and i had to add to my order and she grabbed her head and acted like I stressed her, unfortunately for her I read the menu that she didn't bother to offer me and I changed my order she once again grabbed her head and told me a manager had to change it because she already saved the order, so I wait as the manager comes and does his job and she proceeds to shove a bag in my face so I ask is that everything she say "yeah" so I told her she was a little rude, she rolled her eyes at me and raised her voice at me like I was the problem so I asked for a manager he came to the window I told him everything and I might as well have been talking to myself because he did nothing nor said anything to me or her, he told me to have a good night, Krystal your employees are your bread and butter if your customers stop coming no one gets a pay check, do better! u have cameras I'm sure get rid of the weakest links like the one that acted like the paying customer was in the wrong, and a suggestion make them wear name tags because I can't tell you who they were
