We have dined at multiple locations of this chain over the years. We stopped by this location on a Sunday. We have been here once before over a year ago, and it was an as expected pleasant dining experience, however, this time was sub-par to say the least. The food was good as expected, but the service was well below expectations. We NEVER leave a less than 30% tip, some times we do 100%. My wife in her college years was a server, so we respect the hard work of servers and other staff. But we regretfully left only a 10% tip this trip, and even that was generous in this instance. I know from many past experiences at multiple visits of other locations this chain has a great management team. But the service at the griffin location fell well below expectations. We will definitely not stop at this location again. But please do not take this as a negative mark on any of the other locations, This is a great Mexican restaurant chain, but this particular location needs some attention.

I ordered the taco loco as a bowl and it was delicious. The chicken is tender. Well, seasoned and there's plenty of it. And they give you chips and salsa, and it's just delicious. Just go people just order it. And I was so hungry. I did not take a picture of it. I'm so sorry, but I'll be ordering it again. And I'll add pictures to this review.

I have to brag on Monica for a bit! My family and I just attended a family funeral and was looking for a place to accommodate a large party. Monica was more than willing to make it happen on short notice. We arrived and she had the table set and ready to go. Monica and her team offered amazing customer service and made our experience a memorable one. Thank you Monica!! We truly appreciate your efforts during this difficult time.

had awesome service at la parilla tonight, our server was leigha she did an awesome job! she definitely made sure we had a good experience 🫶 will be coming back just for her (and the brownies!)

Service was excellent. The restaurant was absolutely spotless. I got the De Birria 🌶️ Quessadilla and my my was it good!! The tomato and cheese salad paired nicely with it. I also ordered the cheese dip which was good as well. The long Island ice tea was strong too. Keep doing great things and I will come back again the next time I'm in Griffin.
