Picked up take out order. Chicken Caesar salad missing. Didn’t realize until got home. I called. They wouldn’t give me a credit for the item. They wouldn’t deliver the missing item to my home. I could only get a credit on next order. A terrible policy! I paid for something I didn’t get. I was owed a refund. I was originally told I’d get a credit today and on my next order. Then they called me back to say the employee told me wrong and they would not give me a credit on the original order. Their policy shows a total lack of customer service. I’m done with Marcos.

We love their pizzas but usually get it to go, so I don't have a lot of current experience with dining in. I don't feel right about giving them five stars for dining in this past year. But when we did eat there, the service was very good. Take out service is excellent.
