I came through the drive-thru placed an order on my order I had asked for sauce. The sauce was on the receipt. I get my food and there’s no sauce in the bag so I asked for it and the lady at the window who had long red dreads accuse me of being a liar and refused to hand me the sauce. I can’t get in touch with anybody through a phone number at this location All the employees were being disruptive and disrespectful.

I went through the drive thru at 5:54pm tonight, 12/19/2025, I ordered 2, 20 chicken nuggets and 3 large fries for $42.96. I was handed a very large bag and upon inspecting before pulling off 2 large nugget holders inside and the 3 fries. I got home to find that I only had 20 not 40 nuggets total and one fry container was halfway filled *not spilled in bag*. I am/was missing over half my order and live 25+ minutes away. I have called 3+ times now and no one answering. They took $13.99 from me without a product given. Receipt kept and pictures taken for corporate if this location doesn't address this.

I want to give a shoutout to the guy that let me in and to the guy that bagged my missing food. I do want to shoutout to them. But the young ladies that almost hit me and told me to go to the drive thru. That was not right. That was very rude and I completely did not accept that.

Every time it seems like I go to this particular McD.'s the wifi is down or my McD.'s app gets all glitchy I know the employees have no control over it McD.'s corporate's gotta do better

I’m confused how the Grinch limited time is already sold out after one day kinda makes me feel like something shady is going on here and employees are stealing stuff from this McDonald’s because this isn’t the first time the limited time stuff hasn’t been available. It was the same exact way with a monopoly as well. Someone’s definitely got to be stealing that stuff cause it doesn’t make any sense.
I just left this location not long ago. I ordered a double fish filet sandwich and a medium fry. I hardly ever go to McDonald's bc they don't have the best service by far. I must say, after requesting that my order be made hot and fresh, it was actually hot and fresh. My sandwich had too much tartar sauce on it but other than that, it way on point. It's always easy to post the bad so I thought I would post the good since they did a great job this time. Thanks McDonald's bc I was hungry after waiting forever on a Domino's order I never got. Keep up the good work!!!

Update 10-30-2025 The manager on duty is super loud telling staff not to change orders in the drive thru. Getting on to them loudly pretty much the whole time we were there. Dropped bags on the floor and reused them for food FYI no customer wants any part of their order on the floor 🤢
Then she didn't know I was the one she was talking about but I was standing at the counter. So do better
