This location employs the laziest “fast” food employees I have *tried to interact with. Another customer and myself sat at the drive through lanes for at least five minutes with no acknowledgment over the intercom, 40 minutes after they opened. A couple days later, 15 minutes prior to closing, they refused to take any orders. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 19/41 by Walmart, they are open 24 hours and will actually do their jobs.

The evening and night shift are terrible first the order taker act as if she didnt want to take my order then they tried to give me the wrong drinks then I addressed it was wrong they was still trying to give me something I didn't order also none of the food was hot and fresh I will see yall for breakfast and lunch only thanx for the terrible experience mcdonald's on Taylor Street in griffin ga

The cashier was very pleasant and took our order correctly and had our food and drinks out pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained with plenty seating available. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely not a disappointment and a McDonalds that I will revisit in the future.

It’s griffin GA. :/ not the best of places to walk in for door dash orders or to have lunch. This McDonald’s in particular seems to carry horrible staff to serve. The other one in town is constantly having their system go down. Can’t tell ya how many times I’ve went to either one and known that in a different town… there’s a better McDonald’s… however that’s even possible for it being just MD. 🤷🏻♂️

The food here is nasty I will be going to the one 30 min from my house from now on. Fries were cold with no salt. New tenders weren’t even lukewarm no surprise tho it’s like this everytime I go to this location
