Worker were smoking cigar in door way. Manager had been drinking. Ordered on app, they couldn’t see order and sent us to backed up drive through. Workers at first window were watching something on a phone and took awhile to come to window. Finally got order (they couldn’t get coupons to work). Food was cold, no lid for cup and was missing several items. There was more to the horror, but I’ll spare you. This place needs closed.
