Have waited over 1 hour for a delivery,
The so called manager has hung up 2 times refusing to talk to me .
The most rude and obnoxious management team I could ever expect .

Mya was amazing. I placed an order online for a later delivery & the delivery date was incorrect on my behalf.. I called to get it changed and she went out of her way to override the incorrect date and get my order for the correct date. She even made sure to give me a callback and reassure me that my delivery date would be correct AND my order was accurate. She was awesome. You don’t get that kind of service anymore now & days… Give her a raise !!!!!

I ordered some pizzas to be delivered, but something happened with the dasher and my pizza never arrived but I called the store and the manager on duty made it right very quickly for me. The pizza was delicious and he even offered a complimentary item for the inconvenience. That part wasn’t even necessary but it showed his commitment to making customers happy as best as he can. We’ve ordered from here multiple times and will continue to do so, although I’ll be picking up from now on lol. Thank you to the manager who worked on 4/7/25 around 7:30. Somebody give that man a raise!!

The manager here is rude. I ordered oreo bites and Breadsticks. A medium pizza with bbq sauce, chicken and cheese came. Not even something you can just eat. I call and explain. He tells me I ordered on DD so I need to go to them. I said fine. Can I still order right now I still would like some food. Speaking to me like I'm dumb he let's me know I'll have to pay for it. I said we'll I'm not a GD idiot of course I'll pay I just want some food. Didn't raise my voice or sound rude. I'm just talking. He said I began to curse at him. Like huh? And he hangs up. I call back and he gets a attitude and tells my he don't have to take that from me. Mind you I said one curse word not at him but in general. How he got to be a manager with such thin skin and lack of customer service skills is beyond me. I didn't feel comfortable placing my order with him, so I asked for someone else, of course he refused. Why would I want to put and order in with someone who just hung up on me and now has an attitude. I didn't bother to order because now I'm just all around uncomfortable. Says a lot about the store that has a manager like that.

Don't order 'well done' I made that mistake when ordering a meatzza thin crust (25.00). I wanted the crust done more than doughy so I told them well done. Big mistake.
Apparently they don't know the difference between done and burnt!
Couldn't see any toppings !
