They never can make the order correct. Multiple times they have messed up the order or have lost it completely. I guess giving them multiple chances is my mistake

Only posting to beware and make sure to check before leaving store, pizza was burned and wings had no sauce. I called, said would give credit to pick up any time. I go to use said credit and nothing in system. So I lost out on order and money. ðŸ˜

So this Pizza Hut is getting lazy and messing up orders the food does not taste the same anymore like I’ve recently ordered from here twice and each time something was wrong the pizza the first time was wrong I ordered hand tossed got taken which was disgusting this time I got hand tossed but the pizza was juss literally bread and tomato sauce barely any cheese or pepperonis I will not be ordering from here again I’m tired of wasting my money

I went in today to get our order and have to say I was very impressed with a Mr. Lonnie. He had a disgruntled customer that accidentally called out the wrong name for the order and was getting quite angry. However, Mr Lonnie handled himself very professionally.If I were a manager I'd want him to handle all my orders.All the food came out fast and was very delicious so good on kitchen staff as well.
So, this is the funny thing...Usually paying for my order and get Delivery, I TIP...The one time I have a free pizza and didn't tip and did Pick Up, we get food poisoning. Not happy at all.

The service here is horrible. I was a driver there so I kno how they are. They don't wash there hands. They don't care about your service or food. Two of the managers don't wear gloves or shower or wear clean clothes. I quit because of the disrespect an the body odors.
