He gave me attitude about my order. Refused to make an iced americano, claiming he didn't want to make a "bad drink". I've been going here for years, and many of the past baristas are friends of mine. I guess they left for a reason. I brought a friend with me, and she said she would never be coming back. I dont know what happened to this place. It's going downhill.

I'm writing this review just because people should know how amazing their Macha tea is!! Best Macha I've ever had, they use a very high grade tea and make it in the traditional way. It's like a cup of happiness LOL

Visiting Griffin and a friend recommended me to stop by this coffee shop and got to say it is delicious and the employees were very nice and friendly. Also the ambiance and music very chill. So if you in the area definitely recommend stopping by for your cup of coffee or tea which they have a nice variety.
Absolutely horrendous iced coffee. It tastes of only milk! The iced chai consists of milk and an emptied tea bag mixed in?? Don’t waste your time trying this place.

You’ve gotta love the simplicity of a good cup of coffee. I purchased a large, black coffee with a bit of honey. It was enjoyable as was the laid back, vintage atmosphere speckled with a backdrop of old-school jazz. Safehouse Coffee Roasters is a great afternoon, off-the-path coffee stop spot.

These are some of the kindest staff, and their coffee is delicious! You can tell the quality of the roast (I got a latte)—smooth and flavorful. The ambiance of the shop also can’t be matched. It’s affordable, high quality, vibin’—it’s the quintessential coffee shop!

Fun ambiance and very friendly people! We had the iced latte and hot caramel latte. The foam on the caramel latte was near perfect and the sweetness was just right! They also have plentiful local art hanging up inside.

I can’t say enough about this cute place! My fiancé and I are apartment hunting in Griffin and have made a couple of stops here and our coffee always tastes so good. The atmosphere is so unique and cozy and the people are so so kind. We will definitely frequent often when we move here!
