Good food. I often go here to pick up food for my mom. She loves their ribs and chicken tenders. All of the sides are good too. My favorite is the apple cobbler.

It was the first time I've ever eaten at Shane's Rib Shack, any of them. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food taste I had the sampler platter. They didn't have chicken wings of the time but that's fine I can pass on the fried food from time to time. Puppy ribs pork and chicken top notch! And yes I would consider myself a little bit of a food critic.

Food poorly prepared. No manager on duty. Workers eating at a table and serving people. Lady in street clothes wearing a back pack walking from kitchen to the same table and back several times. Lady with her young kid sitting there at same table.. Very bad smell near drink machine. The only thing worth eating was the chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was a joke. Fried okra came out in one clump... For $47 was hoping for a little better. Look at my pictures........will not be back.....

I had my first opportunity to have Shane's Rib Shack pulled pork BBQ this weekend. A friend had ordered for a concert in the park in Downtown Griffin. I was blown away; couldn't believe how good it was. Was not expecting this from a chain restaurant. I will be ordering by the pound and keeping some in my refrigerator. The peach tea was also good (trick is to add some unsweetened tea to the mix to cut the sugar....way too sweet for me). Just wish you had a vinegar based BBQ sauce (maybe you do and it wasn't there). I will be telling others and ordering for my next catered event. Great job!!!

Ribs were very good, fall-off-the-bone. Service was good, not great, but it was a take-out order.
The food is good and the staff is excellent! I would recommend calling ahead since it seems to take a bit when you walk in and order. I love when they have their weekly specials on different meals!

Usually good. Sometimes I'll get some real fatty pork and it kinda turns me off of it for a while but that's me. That big dad sandwich is awesome and the buffalo tenders are huge

As always, the food is fresh and good. However the service tonight bothered me greatly. Realizing that I only had a $20 bill to tip the waitress, I returned to the counter and asked if I could get change in order to tip our waitress, but was told that the boss didn't allow it. While our waitress did a good job, the girl at the counter acted so rude to me and my wife, it really ruined the tone of the evening. Sadly the last time we will go.
