Just ordered a door dash from here and and the sizes were wrong, for the sides and the drinks I ordered. Called to let them know and they tried to blame it all on the dasher, I informed them that, no, they showed me they had 2 separate orders and nowhere were the two large chilli cheese tots/fries. I used to work here and this place is FILLED with workers and managers that DO NOT do their jobs. They'd much rather be hitting on the teenagers that work there or talking crap the entire time.

I ordered on app and pulled up to parking area to check in and was told to come through drive thu for my order. Waited long time for each person in front of me to have their order made so food was nasty and milkshakes were melted by time I picked up the food I had ordered from the app to make it quicker and that did not work. I would stay away from this location if something doesn't change.
Parking: Only had drive thru available no sitting in car ordering from car hop thing.

I visited this location for the first time because I just wanted something different, well different indeed. Ordered from the car and after about 20 minutes Taylor came out with my order. As always I ask to confirm my order and it wasn’t correct but I wasn’t going to wait again. The burger was very salty and fries cold, root beer was pretty much a cup of ice water. One and done !!!

I’m not sure what was better the employe smoking weed in the seating area, or the fact that they told us to go through the drive thru because they weren’t taking orders at the parking spot. After waiting 15 minutes at the microphone I pulled up to the window for some rude teenager to tell me they aren’t taking orders at all. I feel bad for this franchise owner.

sonic has been steadily declining. Today i got a burnt hamburger bun for the bread on my biscuit. And no coffee at 9:00am. Decaf or reg. Im so sick of the customer service in this town. I guess im gonna open my own store and put theses guys out of business. I still have to give it to them They still arnt as bad as mcdonlads. edited: was at 2 stars went back to give them another try and it was even worse. Those employees are running it into the ground like they did our checkers. 0 stars if it were possible.

Lazy workers and poor service. The refuse to make order because they were trying to close 45 minutes before store was supposed to close and lied to uber driver saying they never received the order so she canceled it because they was being lazy about making a few drinks smdh! ningas ain't ish ?
