The new decor of the Griffin Cafe is not cozy anymore, tables are all crammed together because of the new gambling machines, noisy because of them and really just not very inviting.

I came in pretty early 9/5/2024. I saw 2 people behind the counter. The lady in front of me was taken care of. No one greeted me, or said it will be just a minute. They were completing online orders...I waited 10 more minutes with no service. I walked out. I will never return to this Starbucks again.

This Starbucks is the worst in Griffin, GA. They're always out of drinks. If they are not out of the drink, they do not prepare it consistently, and it's always a lot different than other Starbucks make it and tastes terribly. Go to the one on the expressway or the one at Ingles. Those are way better.

Great great service. Good coffee too. I enjoyed the smile so much and the small amount of attention received from this Barrista. Thanks for making me feel like family. Also She is the first star bucks too ask me if I have the App. So great job.

There is no reason why the online hours should say the store is open until 8 and yet the store is closed by 4:30 now? This is the only coffee place on my path to my night shift and I have been a frequent customer. This is a sudden change. I'm not even sure if it's policy, considering I've seen the store open 4 hours late with no apology or even closed by 3 with no explanation. This is ridiculous. I even double-checked the hours on my way today and still found it closed. I'm going to have to completely change my route to work to find a store that adheres to its own hours.

I ordered a drink and Quanessa rang me up very unfriendly then when I got my drink it was sloppy Carmel all on the outside of cup very sticky and messy the three ladies seemed to be more social with each other than customer service. Very disappointed and won’t be back to a Starbucks
