Manager was rude and lied about not having a certain cookie.. instead of just saying they are cooling.. he says your not getting burnt and neither am I.. I said why so rude he says I’m not talking to you.. I asked how long because I will wait he says 25-30 minutes when I was already there 5-10 minutes.. and they already was out before I got there.. get it together.. and to say it don’t make no sense.. the only person that didn’t make sense was you..

To begin, my daughter and I walked in and weren’t even acknowledged for about 10 minutes! There were 3 girls working and only 1 customer ahead of us. The unkempt slob making our sandwiches had no personality and moved like a sloth! My daughter asked her for a 6 inch sandwich and she made her 2. Every time I have ever been in any Subway I have always been able to watch them making the subs but here the lid was propped open and you couldn’t see anything! The girl who was putting the toppings on the sandwich didn’t even ask what we would like she just rudely gestured as if we should understand what she wanted! When we got home my son opened his sandwich and found a hair in it! Never again will I spend money in this establishment!!

i normally have a good experience when i go to this subway, today i did a carrot mobile order. unfortunately i didn’t know marinara sauce came on the pizza sub automatically. so i didn’t clarify to have it taken off. when i got back home with my food i realized i made a mistake and went back to get it fixed. the man who remade it was very rude and made it seem like it was so inconvenient that i made the mistake i did, i could understand if they were busy but i was the only person in the sandwich line at the time i made the request for another sandwich. and when i thanked him and said i was sorry for the trouble he said nothing back and walked away. if you do not know how to treat people with respect you dont need to work in customer service.

Just left the house to rush to get to Subway because I was famished only to be disappointed when I arrived to the location and they stated that they close at 9 PM and the doors were locked. 15 minutes early!! I get maybe 10 minutes early but 15 minutes!! Disappointed that I had to go to KFC.

Ridiculously high prices for a Subway. Literally double what I have been paying for the same sandwich at the Peachtree City location I usually frequent. The line was long and I walked out without ordering.

Does not honor their coupons free cookie with any meal. Cashier informed manager said no other coupon can be used so how are you going to get free cookie with any meal? Dont need cookie just wondering what coupon is for

The Superb Subway.As a true Griffinite and Subway connoisseur, I can truly say this is the finest Subway establishment in all of Griffin. The Sandwich Artist's are masters of their craft and do not fear the toppings. It's as if they scan my mind for just the amount of toppings I want, unlike the unsightly Wilson road Subway. The staff are also extremly clean and keep everything up to code. Every visit brings a great peace to my stomach.

I stopped going to Subway when Covid hit because I don’t do order delivery or take out too much. I realized how much I missed the tuna sub. Thankfully I came back and will make this a regular visit. Especially this subway where the store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Out of all the subways this is the best. Always quick, friendly and good. We eat here atleast once a week and love it. Very clean. The employees are constantly changing gloves in-between everything they touch.
