This is the best Subway in Griffin. I've been to this location several times and my sandwich is always delicious. The bread is super soft, the toppings are crisp and fresh , unlike some of the other locations. It doesn't take much to keep everything fresh and clean so that your customers with come back because of excellent customer service. Go visit the Subway on the highway across from Walmart.

We ordered our sandwiches online, with how we wanted them fixed. I noticed that when we picked up the order, the sandwiches looked kinda small for footloose. We got home. opened the sandwiches and noticed everything was wrong. I called the store and spoke with who I assumed is the manager or owner, I told him they got our order wrong and he at first wanted me to send him a picture. I told him that I would bring him the food back so they could fix it the way we ordered it. At first they didn't want to,I had to explain to him what was wrong with the order. They fixed 2 new sandwiches and apologized. But I won't be ordering from that Subway again!

You can tell that management have definitely changed. Nothing appeared fresh and I came in at noon. They gave me old bread and I consistently had to ask for more vegetables. I don't know if it's a cost saving method...It's not working.

Wife ended up with horrendous food poisoning after eating here. I know for a fact it was from here because she didnt eat anything else the rest of the day because of how sick it made her. I can almost guarantee that food is not being checked and monitored to ensure freshness because the people here could not care less about what goes out the door. Don't waste your time or money here!

My husband went to pick up supper and he said it was disrespectful when the people making the subs and the customers were just talking loud and hollering at each other i. And the second the sub sandwiches had barely any food in them. I ordered vegetables, peppers, onions, pickles, and I barely got any peppers and onions, so I wouldn’t go there again even how close it is to my house sorry but you need to step up to the plate people.

Whoever the two girls were working here on January 2nd 2025, rudest manager, or whatever the hell, with a major attitude problem. Walked out after my presence was unacknowledged for at least 7 minutes.
While friendly, the staff was fairly new and not well trained. A couple of team members were not getting along and it showed. Sandwiches were short on meat and the $6.99 footlong deal was online only. That's nonsense; if you can afford to sell them for half price online you can afford to do the same in the store.
