I'm not one to write a review...I went it on a Sunday around 2pm. To order a sandwich like one does. They were out of ham and had frozen churros that they asked me to wait for (30 minutes). Since it's a weekend after church I expect them to have everything in stock and to be slightly busy. I walk in to one person ordering and the employee took her sweet time. I understand if she was new but she was being slower than a new hire. The "manager" that seemed to be on duty was also very rude to a customer that was asking a simple question. Over all I don't recommend this location...

both times i’ve come here there’s only been one person working and it takes forever, also if you can’t take curbside DON’T HAVE IT AS AN OPTION. we waited 20 minutes before i had to walk in and ask what was going on, no one checked with us, we were waiting right in front of the store.

The sub was excellent, but the pretzel stick wasn't as good. The pretzel stick seemed hard and difficult to chew.
Using one’s cell phone on the counter the whole time while making the sandwich defeats the purpose of wearing gloves and is disgusting.

I have tried ordering melts multiple times from this location. (And others to be frank)They are never made. You're given a Regular Sub, with almost less toppings than a normal sub would!No "3x the cheese", or anything.Disappointing experiences all around

Came at 11:58am on a Thursday, placed a pickup order like I usually do. It’s usually ready at the pickup time. Was informed it was not ready an that I had to wait for six customers to get served first an that the online pickup order time is always wrong ! I know it’s a lie , I’ve been coming here for months and now I’m done I’m outside waiting with four kids , two are twin babies btw . This is ridiculous…

Walked in and immediately out! Staff were not wearing mask or hairnet. One of the kids was sniffling as he was making a sandwich. Nasty!
