i ordered at 1:20 online, they close at 2 and when i got there at 1:30 the woman working the drive through told me they were closed and i needed to go on the app and get a refund. just bad customer service and closing 30 minutes early is kinda crazy to me.

I placed an online order, told them the name for the order, and i know for sure i had all the info right, they said they didnt have it, so i went inside, and one of the employees had an attitude about it when i was just trying to solve the issue so i could leave, so i had cancel my order.

I contracted FOOD POISONING from this location (UPDATE: This location is soo lucky i have not sued, i paid 230$ in TOTAL in medical bills including medication) I ate from this location at 10:30 last night and ive been glued to the bathroom and throwing up all night. Its 3:48 right now and im going through hell, i dont know what was wrong with my food..I had the chicken +steak quesadilla, and a grilled cheese burrito. (UPDATE : My grandmother ate from this location today. She had th steak burrito and has contracted food poisoning aswell.) This location not only has horrible service, but its not safe to eat here.

Was ignored for about 15 minutes and the employees had horrible attitudes. The food I ordered was thrown together. Honestly it was such a mess I didn't eat it. I won't be a patron of that location in the future.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at the Taco Bell located on Taylor Street in Griffin, GA. On March 16, 2025, at approximately 1:15 PM, I visited this location and placed an order. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and I politely asked for it to be corrected.
While the mistake was fixed, I was shocked and embarrassed by the response I received from the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager told me that next time I “need to pay attention” and then walked away. This response was not only unprofessional but also degrading. When I asked why I was being treated so rudely, the cashier dismissively asked, “Why are you mad at me?”, which only made the situation worse.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when addressing an issue that was not my fault. The lack of professionalism and rude demeanor of the staff made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would like to know how Taco Bell plans to address such behavior at this location to ensure it does not happen to others.

When my mom and sister picked up my Taco Bell order on their way home, I was thoroughly disappointed when I looked in the bag. I SPECIFICALLY ordered a Chicken Cantina Bowl with DOUBLE CHICKEN. I was surprised to find the bowl did not have a LICK of chicken in it. They also left out my doritos loco taco… Apparently, the AI generator that took their order rushed my family while they were ordering, so bad to the point they could barely get a full sentence out. And to the employees who literally make a paycheck putting toppings on a tortilla/in a bowl, how incompetent does one have to be to leave chicken out of a DOUBLE CHICKEN order? Will not be coming back. Shame. Do better.

They can never get my food right and the cashier got my order wrong but somehow or another it was my fault terrible customer service and the tacos didn't even have any toppings on it You could literally close the top of the taco together all the way around that's how little meat and toppings there were on it and this has happened several times at this Taco Bell I don't know why I keep going probably because it's cheap and close to where I work

I've been sitting at the store for 30 minutes for a doordash order so I walk up to the window and whoever the lady was to come to the window one was very rude and the other girl just kind of shook her head at me and walked away they're standing around and I'm wondering where my food is and she come to the window and was like we're making it I stated you've been making it for 30 minutes and then the girl with the gloves on making food on the other side of the line uses the same gloves and continues to make the food after she just put her fingers in her mouth. And now that I went to the window and I asked for the order and told them I had been waiting now she's just going to make me wait longer and take her time no one in there is trying to get any orders out I cannot believe this Taco Bell I've never had such an issue how unprofessional . I would fire the both of them on the spot!
