Ordered a combo meal with a supreme burrito and supreme taco, took over an hour to get delivered and when my food arrive it was cold. not only that but my burrito was wrong, they had taken a bean burrito and added everything a supreme burrito would have, thank God I'm not allergic to beans otherwise they'd be getting sued right now. I've never really had a problem with taco bell before I've ordered from them many times and everything was correct and delicious,but this time is my last. very disappointing if I could give 0 stars I would.

I went through the drive-through order a steak quesadilla they asked me to pull around to the front door so they could bring my food to me. I get home start eating my fat quesadilla and there’s zero steak in there. It’s just cheese and the sauce with no steak.

The Taco Bell in Griffin is AWESOME!! Service is great, the restaurant is clean and the food is ??!
Very sweet very nice customer service, willing to joke about small mistakes accidentally made when speaking which is very comforting, all my food was correct, went to this Taco Bell after a previous one had had a serious attitude problem. this place was honestly so uplifting and I just wanted to let whoever was working the window and taking orders through drive-through know that they are doing a great job and I really appreciate them. That honestly made my day so much better.

Came here on Sept 21 around 7 pm and ordered 2 boxes and 2 small fries. We got all the way home and they forgot our fries. Super disappointed because the fries are the best thing taco bell has going for them right now.
I hade to edit my rating a while ago I have them a 1, not sure if they’re under new management but everything got much better time, food, and customer service.
