I've been going here since I was a little girl. I moved away, but every time I come back to Griffin, the Biscuit Shack (or Southern Shack as it's now known), is a must visit. Seriously the best biscuits I've had.
Delicious! This was my second time stopping by for takeout. I travel for work and stumbled upon it randomly on Yelp. I had the whole fried catfish both times, which comes with fresh fries, hush puppies, and slaw. I could eat like 10 of those hush puppies, they’re awesome. The catfish was perfectly crispy and seasoned nicely. I tried the fried okra this time as well, and it was excellent. The service is very good and the orders were 100% correct both times. Amazing friendly service and food atmosphere feels like a blast from the past this place should be a historical land mark but I don't think the name should have been changed. ❤️
