I go to Angel’s Ice Cream often, and on my last visit, it was extremely hot outside. A woman who didn’t seem to have much came in and asked for a cup of ice. The employee told her it would cost the same as a cup of water, which was $1.61. She ended up leaving, and I thought that was really upsetting, because most places don’t charge for a cup of ice. The price felt unreasonable for something so simple, and as a small business, I expected a bit more compassion toward someone...
The ice cream is good, the prices on their menu are not accurate, however. Menu price for a brownie sundae was $4.99, I was charged $6.99 plus a 4% service fee (which was not disclosed beforehand, so I forewent the tip). Their pricing and tipping practices need to be less ambiguous and more direct and straight forward. The service and product was good, but I don't know if I will return, I spent almost $5 more than intended ordering 2 sundaes.

The rolled ice cream was the BEST I’ve ever had!
They offer lots of options, add-ins and toppings. Prices are very reasonable. The shoppe is warm, inviting and very clean.
I’ll be sure to get in one more visit on this trip!
