We had the best waitress Micki and the second time we had Mygone. They were awesome. Our cook was Noah and that young man can really cook. Our food presentation was beautiful and was cooked to perfection. Really recommend a visit there and if you Lucky enough to get one I mentioned earlier you will be pleased.

Waffle House is a favorite food staple of mine. Nothing like their waffles and southern cheese Grits. Great service, and my food came out quickly.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Walked in to one of the employees KIDS clearing tables off. Got yelled at for trying to sit at a booth. My husband and I both got the Allstar breakfast. Food was cold, eggs overcooked to the point they were crunchy, under sides of the plates weren’t clean, everything overcooked. Unfriendly staff, place looked like a trash can exploded on the floor. Didn’t even finish my food as the place as a whole made me lose my appetite. First and LAST time going there. Beyond disappointed!!

The worst grits cooked the night before at this location and just Nasty. There new cook cook makes up the greasiest food and either under cooked or way overcooked. Half the staff call out as they feel like it leaving the rest struggling to keep up.

Came into store sat down at the bar. Waitress says here or takeout? I said for here. She takes my order then delivers other customers food to table. She then tells the cook what I ordered she did not call it out like she was suppose to. Well I ordered sweet tea to drink she brings it with little ice in it. Well I waited for my food it came. My grits was like hard balls the size of golf balls in them with the hard thin film all mixed in them. I ordered a Texas bacon chicken cheese deluxe plate I did not receive lettuce or tomato. I asked for it she brought me it was at least 5 big pieces rounded over a piece of tomato that was sliced so thick and looked like it had been sitting there in the heat for hours. Well I had to ask for jelly. I told her about my grits and she responded with “well what do you want some hashbrowns”? I said “no mam I want grits this is the Waffle House y’all should have some fresh grits”. She proceeds over to the cook in the corner booth and tells him about my grits. He comes over to the grits and adds hot water from the coffee maker which is fine he smoothed them out takes them to the waitress and asked her if she thought they was alright and hands them to me and apologizes for them. By this time I’m asking cook who manager of store is. The waitress had disappeared. He told me so when she shows back up I had to ask for more tea so she walks over picks up my glass takes it to the tea urn and fills it slap to the top with room temperature tea and no ice. I was in disbelief at this point. A customer beside me asks the waitress says “ y’all must have been busy tonight”. She replied with “oh no not at all”. I thought to myself well from the looks of the restaurant is sure looks like they had been busy. I grabbed my ticket it was $21.75 so I left $22.00 on the ticket. She saw me getting up and said you have a good night . I told her I said yes mam absolutely and so do you an I walked out. This is the worst service I have ever had at this place. Oh I asked her name because I have every intention on calling the manager Ms. Tosha in the morning. Look Tiffany if you want to make good money you have to give good service and you also have to be aware of what you are serving and make sure it is right before you deliver it to the table. You was not busy at all an you should have gotten a at least a $10 tip from me bc I love to tip my servers well when I go out bc I used to work at Waffle House too an I’m pretty sure you aren’t making any money if you treat all your customers as you did me. I’m hoping you take something from this to improve in your serving skills and do not take it as a bad thing. I’m not meaning it to be bad I want you to learn from this. I may look like I don’t have any money but you can not always judge a book by its cover babygirl bc I’m a very good tipper. I used to wait tables myself. Good luck to ya

My food was very good, I ordered a philly cheese omelet, I wasn't too happy that my meat was mixed in my eggs instead of sitting in the middle of the eggs.
