My grandson ordered the Birthday Cake Waffle, he was disappointed they didn’t offer whipped cream. I ordered grits, they were dried out and old! So grateful my hotel was still offering breakfast, because my daughter left waffle house and got breakfast at the hotel

Ryan on October 11th at 6:10pm was rude when me and my son came in. He had in earphones and pretended he couldn’t hear us when we asked a question. When I repeated the question he then yelled “I HEARD YOU” …..not the best experience I’ve had so far. Food was good though

Amazing managers and staff. TK is such a sweetie love seing her face in the mornings. Jamila is so kind. Jaden, so sweet. Princess, makes the best food and always so fast. But, how Rita still has a job there is beyond my comprehension. Nothing but a bad mouth, rude as all hell and not just to the customers, heard many stories about that evil woman even most of the staff has a huge problem with her attitude. She should have been fired ages ago.

My food was burnt and it was not busy. Waitress was so nonchalant about service. They laughed with each other with my complaint. Said that they were out of chocolate chip for the waffles because the children asked for more chocolate chips on their waffle ..also noting that they were over staffed. Waitress ask for me to pay and said non rush because she is ending her shift.. asked for warmed syrup and was served a hot filled to the brim cup of syrup.. like this is crazy 🤪

I stopped in this morning around 5:15am. the cook was scrubbing the floor and when I ordered my food she went to the sink and just ran water over her hands instead of using soap. then she pulled my bacon without using gloves and cracked my egg in a nasty bowl that was already sitting out. the counters was filthy, dirty dishes everywhere. I walked out. I hope I'm posting this about the one next to marcos. the one on the other side of 16 wasn't much better. atleast the cook washed her hands with soap and worn gloves. I won't be back to any waffle house in griffin.
