I was in the Drive Thru the best customer service the lady in the back drive thru need to teach a class on customer service because she nailed it also at the pick up window they were on point my food fresh hot delicious great job

Stop double frying French fries. It's disgusting. Cold, double fried French fries! The manager needs training. This only happens at night. I'm not sure if the cook knows how to read either. Fast food is not hard. I worked Fast food jobs in my 20s. I took pride in my job. The cost of food is too high for yall to be serving food like this. No onions on my burger and no mustard. I'm sick of the night crew. You wouldn't eat this food so why give it to me?

This facility is absolutely disgusting. The glass is all dirty, the floors are dirty and slippery and I'm wearing OSHA approved non slip shoes, the kiosks look like you shouldn't touch them, the tables look like they haven't been wiped in a very long time and it smells like roaches. The owner should be embarrassed by the state of this place.

I'm an Uber driver who attempted to make a pickup at the drive through window on 07/06, the woman with purple hair at the window was incredibly disrespectful. I work multiple jobs, all of which include food service, I understand when workers are frustrated and I try not to take it to heart. However, to openly cuss with the window open and then be disrespectful towards me (when I'm just trying to do my job as well!!) is just beyond my patience. If you're going to cuss about customers, at least close the damn window

My favorite fine to visit is during breakfast. Ms. Robin is such a delight and helps to start my day off!
The cobb salad is very healthy and nutritional. It had 2 meats at least 3 vegetables and boiled egg.

Frequent here quite a bit, but had to update my review as of my latest visit. On 3/29/25 about 2:30 pm I’ll just say I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant in my life (including Chicfila). Every employee from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was as pleasant as could be and made me feel like the customer was important. My order was spot on correct and food was fresh. I hope they keep it up and the employees are rewarded by management.

I just feel like asking for someone to speak to me is the bare minimum of the job. I find the employees here extremely rude specifically a large women working the window on the night of March 8th. I say thank you and please and all I get is eye rolls and ignored. If I wasn’t here to order a single burger no additional things added and nothing removed from the burger then the business would close down and then there would be no wendy’s for the employees to be mad about having to work at.

Once again, black women and customer service don't match. They don't greet you, thank you or smile. Projection is real. The cashier was trash, but the young ladies who gave me my food were pleasant. Do better. Corporations gonna learn the hard way. Chic fila don't play that. Nothing worse than piss poor customer service.
