Walked in this evening to order a pizza to go and waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff in the kitchen. Apparently no one was working the dining area. The two people in the kitchen were aware that I was there. Customer service rule #1 is to let the customer know you will be with them in a minute. Pizza Hut in Griffin, Ga customer service is in the toilet.

I should have remembered I have always said I will never go back to Pizza hut again. At least this time it was clean and the manager was polite. the pizza had the wrong sauce and was disgusting had no taste. There was more crust and there was toppings. They ask you if you want dipping sauce for your wings. I ended up spending $3 the amount of a whole large bottle of ranch the three tiny little cups. At least this time the wings were good they were excellent. The pizza cookie was nice. But cold by the time we got to it after eating the pizza and wings. They had a large sign buying the cashier advertising a special the cashier didn't know they weren't selling that special anymore. No itemized receipt was given to us at checkout when I saw the price on my credit card receipt and flipped out. At $44 for a medium Pizza 12 wings and a personal-sized cookie pizza and three small drinks I was shocked the manager overheard my conversation with my children about needing a itemized receipt so came over and went and got one for us and went over the prices when she realized we were overcharged the cashier came over without invitation and started to get an attitude the manager said don't worry about it to the cashier said she would take care of it it was not a problem to call the cashier down and refunded us the price of the cookie plus discounted are Pizza to the current sales price. Which please me as far as the cost and improve the experience somewhat. But nothing can get the taste of really bad pizza out of your mouth at a place named Pizza hut. Or the thought that we could have ended up paying as much for a lousy pizza lunch for 3 as we could at a more upscale restaurant.

The Worst Pizza Hut EVER!! Allow me to explain::: You would think during these trying times that one would relish in the thought of just having a JOB as a sheer blessing....seeing as though so many has lost theirs, or simply can't for what ever reason find one. I've on past occasions have frequented this brick and mortar before with no real issues that I can remember....but CURRENTLY It has become apparent that this ESTABLISHMENT has fallen victim to the "NO ONE WANTS TO WORK SO WE WILL HIRE ANYONE WITH A PULSE" category. I am a VEGETARIAN who every once in a while has a taste for a pizza with very LITTLE CHEESE and LIGHT SAUCE, COOKED WELL DONE....simple request right? I thought so.... Well apparently for this location, it's completely Rocket Science sprinkled in with a side of Trigonometry. I had the displeasure of ordering from them 2 weeks ago. Same request as I just stated...everywhere else, my pizza came out just as I ordered. No frills, and I left happy and content. Well well well my experience, with this joint, was the complete opposite of what I am use to....night and day!! I think the entire bag of cheese was deliberately smothered on it, along with HEAVY doses of the sauce. And lets not forget, soggy and barely cooked dough! Yikes!! perhaps in the world of SIMON SAYS, having a smidgen of sense of humor in this situation, proved to be of great use in order for me not to COMPLETELY lose it!!!!! After mentally noting how I'd never darken their door step I sadly had to be reminded of this catastrophe of a business just today due to a call I received from some VERY esteemed gentlemen friends who unfortunately shared their experience today at the not so esteemed McInstosh location. My previous order request as above mentioned, WAS very short, simple and to the point..... only 3 little things I requested obviously proved to be too much for this pizza in a bag knock off establishment perpetrating a Real company. I truly believe a 5th grader would've been insulted if I had of reiterated the request even more simpler. My 3 colleagues::: again very good friends stated they were in a complete state of disbelief and awe of the total lack of Customer Service, lack of CARING and of SELF RESPECT!! the sheer audacity to purposely open a door and call it a business with automatons running around perpetrating employees. just think....These guys had in the past jokingly conversated about perhaps investing in this PIZZA HUT!!! Lol, wow!!! the IRONY!!!! Whomever is responsible for this building should rue the day they forgot to properly hire a store Manager that leads such a POOR TEAM, NON SKILLFUL COOKS. It's really a shame...This experience has not only left a bad TASTE in our mouths, both actually and figuratively speaking, but will certainly be IMPRINTED in the MINDS of OLD & NEW CUSTOMERS in GRIFFIN & PIZZA lovers in GENERAL. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and EAT elsewhere!!!! Thank me later :)

it was ridiculously cold in this establishment and everyone was complaining. Our waitress stated she had been asking her management about it since she arrived and they refused to respond. smh

This place NEVER gets any better..You give this place the benefit of a doubt that the service would be better..But it has not !!!!Only seen 2 people working..Who schedules 2 people to work on a Saturday Night !!

I just ordered 2 large pizzas and a family order of bread sticks. I spent $40 and received the two large pizzas that do not really seem to be large and I received 5 breadsticks with no marinara sauces. I called to see if this was correct and was told that I should have received 10 breadsticks and two marinara sauces. ordered food at 730 it's now 9:15 Still no food called to inquire about it and the lady hung up on me took multiple calls back to get someone and the lady said yeah I hung up on you because you were rude. ummm nope I was inquiring about the food I paid for and that my kids have been waiting to eat. This place has gone way down hill here recently. I need to locate the number for the district manager as the manager was just as rude as the woman who answered the phone
