Nothing's more frustrating than having the app encourage you to build up points and here's a reward and then it doesn't work. This location didn't seem to have the slightest on how these apps work (and didn't seem to care) to redeem the free shake and it didn't matter because the free shake offer between December 1st and December 3rd isn't worth anything when their shake machine is down. Zaxby's used to be real and now they're just McDonald's

Every time I’ve come here it’s a ridiculous wait time. They always get my order wrong, and the food quality is crap. Save yourself some time and go to the one near Ingles or the drive thru only one on Taylor st.

I ordered there boneless wings for the first time ever absolutely the worst it was hardly any chicken they took forever with the food just for it to be served cold i ordered a 5 piece ate 2 1/2 of what i could and have food poisoning now. I don’t recommend the bone less wings here NEVER AGAIN.

I came in tonight to pick up my mobile order and there was a mix up with my order. The closing shift came in and SWIFTLY and rectified the issue. That alone gets them 5 stars from me. The food was also fresh and flavorful. Thanks!

At 11:23pm I ordered thru drive thru. I let them know my order was a little long (three meals) she gave me attitude saying “wait a minute” then asked if I could go inside, I could not as I was hurting bad. She kept interrupting me mid sentence when she told me to proceed with my order getting really angry just for me ordering, food for my family, so I said have a blessed day and left. I used to work at Zaxbys for years. I get it I understand people have hard days, but kindness is free and if you aren’t able to answer orders without making people feel awful even if they remain kind and calm then you need to not work customer service.

The food was great it was my first time having zaxbys the staff was so funny and helpful, even though we came 15 mins before they closed we weren't rushed at all. The staff worked well together and the food was really good. We don't have a zaxby we're I'm from, but I hope we will

Love their salads! They actually give you lettuce instead of spinach and the grilled chicken has great flavor. Also the grilled chicken sandwich is better than Chic-fil-A's in my opinion.

They were pretty busy at this time and I had a door Dash delivery, which wasn't ready when I got there to pick it up. Which in turn made me run behind with my delivery. They were moving pretty slow today, but foods was good!

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are pull open, they don't open automatically. So it's kinda hard for a person in a wheelchair to get the doors open, unless they have someone with you to open the doors.
