I live close this location and honestly it’s hit and miss. In my opinion part of the issue is the people that bring the food out. I was there last Monday around 7:30pm and sat in line forever. When I finally get to the window I can see my food and drink just sitting there and two people are just standing around tapping on their phones. When the young woman brings my food out I asked her why it takes so long and she says “here’s your food, now get out of here”. I think if mangers would keep the employees off their phones it would make a better environment for the customer. Fast food restaurants are so expensive now we deserve better service! Thanks

My only complaint is how dirty the building is becoming, especially since it's fairly new. Especially around the druve thru area, windows, doors, inside as well. Everything needs a deep cleaning. The food is always great and the people are nice, just needs to be cleaned.

I came through here on 10/11/2024. The order was taken at 6:20 on receipt. When I ordered, I was informed they were out of chicken, and there would be a wait, I then asked how long it would be because I was ordering cooked to order anyway. she then just asked what the order was. I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. There were several cars in front of me but after I got to the window I still waited which wasn't a problem but after receiving my order the fries were cold and maybe 3 pieces of chicken (not whole cut up strips) on both with a slice of bacon thrown on top so I inform them of the error and they ask me to wait again which I did because me and my mom really wanted them then a young man comes back out with some warm fries with a chicken tender barely cut up and no ranch no cheese. there are supposed to be 3 tenders on each. I have never experienced bad service at this location, and that's why I usually stop here when I'm in the area. The fries were terrible. The chicken wasn't eatable it was so tough you couldn't even pull it apart. We had to toss it all. I wish I had taken a picture. I haven't been able to contact management, but this was like throwing $20 in the garbage, which I don't have to do. This was so disgusting.

Today my employees and I visited this Zaxbys for lunch. During our visit a cashier by the name of Savannah M. Gave the absolute worst service that I actually experienced being a former Zaxby’s employee I know the protocols. We arrive at this establishment at 12:00pm and the time of 12: 32pm we still have received food ( nibbler meal) Savannah told me I look like I wanted to complain “ yes I been waiting 30min for one meal” Savannah stated no you been waiting 20+ min” she also stated we have a 700 catering order that’s more important than what we ordered she snatched my card out the machine. Nibbler meals are frozen they take time. Our school orders from there all the time I would definitely no recommend this restaurant FOR ANYTHING!

We ordered our food (chicken finger tacos) and we were very clear that we wanted mild sauce on one order. What we received was the hottest sauce ever poured all over the tacos on the outside, everywhere. They weren't even edible. Our second order of the (Chipotle chicken finger tacos) were also covered in the Chipotle sauced to where you couldn't even pick them up without sauce going anywhere. This was definitely done deliberately by the staff members in that kitchen. We will never do business with this location again.

I came in there and got 2 meals to go. A Zaxby salad and 6 finger meal with double fry fries 🍟 and no Cole Slaw. I took the meal back. The red headed young lady. She went and asked the employee, he told her I said double Cole Slaw. I HATE COLE SLAW. I TOLD HER THE CHICKEN STRIPS IN THE WRONG ORDER WERE ON THEM. She handed me a box of French Fries. It wasn't equivalent to a order with meal, extra fries. And I made it a bigger. I said something about dealing with a teenager, she informed me she wasn't a teenager. I told her that the customer was always right. SHE SAID NO THEY'RE NOT....She went and asked the employee, I sat there and discussed French Fries and I wanted them hot. I'd fire 🔥 the manager on duty, 25 years restaurant management experience. I should've checked the oder, they leave out the extra sauces on a consistent basis. I will check my orders thoroughly.... A call 📞 to corporate office, I asked for the owners contact information, she said it was on line. Actually dealing with the manager on duty rates a "0" it didn't give me that option

The carpets near the soda machine smell horrible and is filthy. They don't honor your requests when you ask for no salt on fries. I ordered a salad and tenders and selected my dressing and sauce...im driving and my daughter is checking the bag...salt all over the fries, no dressing for the salad....no sauce for the tenders...no fork for the salad..no napkins. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she said they probably forgot because they are busy....no sorry no nothing...then she said...well, is there anything else I can help you with. No wonder the staff can't get it right when the manager acts this way.

We just had the worst experience at this location. We waited more than 20 min. To get to the window. My husband asked to talk to the manage and after we waited more time, some girl named Haley showed up with an attitude. I explained why we were upset, and she just said that there was nothing she could do about it and walked away from the window. So now he was pissed and laid on the horn. He told the girl he wasn’t done talking to her. We heard her say she wasn’t coming back to talk to him. Well after me waiting for another minute or two, she came back to the door and threatened to call the police on him. We have stopped there just about every Friday evening on our way to Barnesville for the last couple years, but that is the last time for us. She didn’t apologize or offer any kind of discount for the long wait. Yeah, I laid on the horn a couple times, but that was completely in called for. Barnesville has a great Zaxbys

Super busy at lunch and the food is cooked to order. Food was very very hot when it came out, everything was good, did take a few extra minutes to get the food which was fine as I knew it hadn’t been sitting there. Can tell the management is good here.
