Don’t expect fast service with a carry out order, I waited 27 minutes for a 6 piece tenders meal. I got several apologies but this must be a rather common occurrence when customers walk in and ask how long have you been waiting then when they find out they leave. Employees seemed confused and overwhelmed when more customers started to come in. No issues with temperature or quality of food though.
I went through the drive thru on 7/2/25 and received exceptional service from Ms. Melissa! She took the time to tell me about the survey and the coupon you would receive. She is great!! Will most definitely come back to see her!! Wonderful worker and very respectful! She deserves a pay raise!
Make sure to check your food before you leave the drive in.Because I had to waste my time/ park and go back in to get my food remade....and this is the second time it has happened.They just give you anything! Smdh
