Food was good but I do not like that they didn’t seal the bag for DoorDash. I like to enjoy my food with good tasty thoughts, not thinking about what the driver could have done to my food lol (I know I could pick up but that’s not the point lol)
I ordered the salmon, broccoli and mash potatoes, along with the apple pie and ice cream. Salmon was a bit dry but good to taste. Loved the apple pie. Broccoli was perfectly steamed and the potatoes were very flavorful.

Horrible experience was told that it was a 5-10 minute wait ended being a 35 minute wait. Finally got seated took an additional 15-20 minutes to even get drinks. To be fair it was not even a full house, many tables were vacant. Food was okay, and server was trying her best but service was absolutely terrible. This was after giving Applebees a second chance due to a week ago calling in a order and get to the location and they kept giving me excuses as to why the order wasn’t ready after 45-60 minutes. The manager refused to give me corporate number and acted as if she did not have access to that information. No apology or anything was given for inconvenience on their behalf. WILL NOT be returning to this poorly managed location.

We came in and seated ourselves in the bar. Jay was our server and gave us attitude about seating ourselves (in open seating). He finally agreed to bring us menus and we ordered vodka Red Bulls (there’s both vodka and Red Bull on the menu) and he said “that’s a drink you make at home, not at the bar” and wouldn’t put in the order. He came back and said they were going to charge us upwards of $20 per drink. After I told him that we weren’t paying that price he asked us ‘what was wrong with us’ and told us that ‘we all had attitudes.’ He stated that he would not be serving us tonight. We walked out without food or drinks.

Got here at 3pm maybe 6 tables of customers. Not busy at all. Had to remind the waitress about our drinks. Finally got the appetizer and had to remind the lady about the sauces. Now it's 405 PM and still no food! I could understand if it was busy but it's not! 1 and a half hours later the food showed up!

Stopped in for a late lunch everything was great the service was excellent,I sat at the bar the bartender came right over and took my order, got my food with in 15 minutes it was hot and good it's worth a visit.

Went to Applebee's in Grovetown GA to try two of their New Easy Special. I stay at bar for over 45 minutes washing People get their order that came in after me. The bartender and waitress at the door ask me whether I was eating in or takeout . I said takeout. I ask waitress was she going to take my order. She just keep sitting other and getting their orders. The bartender left the bar to wait on two table on my left but never came back to me for my order. Someone came from the kitchen to take my order finally but I didn't know that I would have to wait another maybe 30 minutes. So I cancel my order

I came in and ordered take out from this Applebee's, I ordered 2 orders of baby back ribs and both were severely overcooked and very dry. I really hope that this was just a bad night.

Having worked in F&B for many years, this was probably one of the worst "situations" I have experienced in quite some time. We arrived and were told that they were under staffed and it would be about 20 min wait. No worries. Half the restaurant was empty, and we were sat within 20 mins. Our server greeted us, regardless of being triple sat, and short staffed- with an enthusiastic attitude and smile. She took our order, and continued in conversation. Then... our server comes by to tell us that she has been sent home (for something that happened in the kitchen between her and manager) and someone would take care of us. Do you know if took 30mins for "someone" to check on us and it was only after the table next to us refused to pay for food they still had not received before the MANAGER showed her head.. and then she checked on the tables nearby to that one. Finally another server claimed us, and she too was a rockstar.. but the situation surrounding it all was apauling. 3 tables, we all said our original server was great for the circumstances of what they had going on, and what happened in that kitchen is none of my business but it should not affect my business! This location has gone downhill fast, don't expect that it will last much longer. Get it together, treat your servers with more respect, servers treat management with respect.. so you ALL CAN KEEP A JOB!

Arrived just a little before shift change and was told there would be a little bit of a wait , didn't mind waiting. We were seated and waited a little bit to be greeted by our server. She took our drink and food order and we had to wait again. When we finally received our drinks, they were wateredl down. No big deal, just ask for refills. The issue came in with the food. I don't think it was the kitchen as it looked as if our food had been sitting and it was Luke warm. And we got bits and pieces of our operation a time. I spoke with the manager, and she understood and did try to resolve the issues. I frequently go to Applebee's because my kids love this place, but this isn't the first time I've had this experience with the wait staff. The best thing about the experience was the music.

Food was terrible, I waited 50 minutes for the combo appetizer and even then my actual food came around the 45 minute mark.
How does an appetizer take longer than the actual food? To make it worse everyone around me had their food but not me. To make it even worse there was maybe around 6 tables in the restaurant that actually had people in them.

Explain that to me, how is your restaurant empty yet somehow there is no food?
Anyways even after I got my food it was cold and hard. The mozzarella sticks were completely cold and the wings were hard as a rock. The chicken quesadillas are pathetic and barely had any filling.

The only okay thing was the service but even then she would come every two seconds and ask if we were okay, like no girl we’ve only had drinks for the last half hour, what do you expect?

I do not recommend this location, there is definitely better.
