I ordered online. Showed up 10 minutes past my pick up time online. Was told it would be another 15 minutes because some kitchen staff didn’t show up and they are backlogged. I waited for another hour before my food was ready. Went back to my hotel and it was obvious the food was sitting under the warmer for quite some time. Everything was overcooked and dry. My son’s yogurt was liquified. Half the dinning room was empty. I won’t be back to this Applebees.

The spinach/artichoke dip & chips appetizer size was small, and the dip was served in a cardboard cup, as were several of the sides, and even the soup was served in a paper bowl. Really cheapened the experience of dining out.

I'm a regular and I'm sit of the kiddy bartenders. Bring back the grown ups to bartend and people who can make drinks and conversation. This crap with these kids with no people skills is sickening 😞

I ordered the Three cheese chicken penne and an Oreo shake through Ubereats, the noodles had different textures, some hard, some rubber, and some good. My Oreo shake had no vanilla ice cream at all. I ordered these items 2 weeks ago and the shake was perfect but the Three cheese chicken penne was messy with hardly any Alfredo sauce, overcooked, undercooked, crunchy, rubber noodles, so I thought I’d give this location another try for dinner but it’s clear I won’t be ordering anything from this Applebee’s again.

I placed a pickup order here today and had to wait over an hour as my order was apparently lost. Just to get home and have my pasta be extremely dry. In defeat I thought let me just enjoy these cinnamon swirls who can mess that up?? As I took a bite i immediately gagged and spit it out becuase the “cream cheese” was SOUR. It wasn’t cream cheese at all I have no idea what was going on in there today but I am disgusted honestly. They had to have given me some type of other sauce because it smells spicy and burns your nose when you smell it.

My Wife was not impressed with the french fries, they were cold. She didn't attempt to finish them. We could have complained but chose not to. Our server, Maddie is the best and a primary reason we return. Our bill was almost $40, I tipped her $15 in cash. They had a couple of cooks who failed to show up tonight. Must be nice to have so much confidence that you think you won't be fired for not showing up.
They messed my order 3 times the other night all it was supposed was I be was a cheese burger plain with bacon they gave me 2 free coupons for a free burger showed back up 2 days later for SAME order they messed it up again goodness gracious Applebees who is in the kitchen?

Horrible service they’re so slow it doesn’t make any sense for y’all to have a restaurant with about 10 people in it and we wait almost an hour for food wait at least 30 mins for our drink order to even be taken y’all need to do better the lady at the door move faster than the servers do then we get our food and it’s cold the manager Izzy ask what do you mean cold baby our food was cold what you mean what we mean mind you we got the bourbon chicken and shrimp plate normally come steaming hot plate not even steaming this is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had
