I'm new to the area and have heard this is the best place for donuts. After going 3 time, once they were closed early from selling out and one other having limited selection, i finally got to get what i wanted and wasn't impressed. They're not horrible but compared to other donut shops they're average at best. Also if the local population thinks they're so go they sell out most days why not just start making more donuts so you don't close hours early and turn business away?

Everything here is GREAT especially the cinnamon rolls (add extra cream cheese icing) and the Caramel Frappe 😋

The donuts are just nasty, plain and simple. The chocolate has the grossest taste I have ever had on a donut. The donut holes are about the only thing they do right, which is not saying much.

Robinson St location: I have been quite disappointed by this business lately. Today I went, a Saturday morning, there were very few donuts left, picture attached. The person in front of me ordered a dozen which was just about what was left for a Saturday morning. No donuts for me.
Also my previous 3 visit over the past 3 weeks has also not been positive. I've come in at 5:30 am and there are no donuts laid out to choose for. On one occasion no long John's were made either. I do enjoy a weekly donut although an alternate location will be needed as each visit is disappointing.
The doughnuts are always fresh and taste great very consistent. The service depends on who is working. Sometimes met with indifference or even resistance. Out of products at 8am with 5 hours of business left.

Get there as soon as they open. These donuts are so good they're always sold out. Last time I went they sold out by 9am on a Friday. They open at 5:30am. That says it all. Best donuts I've ever had.

The food is horrible! Last time I asked for a BACON egg and cheese crossiant and receive sausage. Then I went to get a mocha frappe and I have always previously had mocha syrup around the cup and when the girl made the frappe without the mocha syrup, I asked her why they no longer did that and she told me it was an extra charge since they use mocha powder in their frappe’s Yet my frappe taste like nothing but frozen milk, even with extra espresso shots and the mocha powder she claims she used they overcharge for cheap products and also always have flies flying around their store and landing on the donuts….. everything is overpriced for the low quality ingredients and pest issues.

Very weird experience.
Very few doughnuts left which is what I wanted.
I get in there and a customer orders the rest of the donuts that were in the display and he ordered drinks and went to the restroom. I'm the only customer just standing there in front of the lady making the drinks and she just says 'hey' while I proceeds to wait for her to make the drinks...I ask about the donuts and she says he bought all of them already and there's no more to sell. I may be wrong but if it's a donut shop wouldn't you tell the only customer standing in there wasting time that there's no more donuts left....(whether I'm ordering donuts or not (which that was my plan) but if I hadn't said anything I'd probably still be in there standing in front of her waiting for her to finish with those drinks just for her to tell me there's no more donuts. It may be a one off but I just thought that was weird....if you're not gonna say anything then put up a sign or something bc people will come to a donut shop for donuts....does that not make sense...? 🤔
I wish to give a special shout out to Faith who was so pleasant and professional today. I really appreciate her going the extra mile today to give amazing customer service which is so lacking in the current climate. Please reward her for her hard work.
My husband is a veteran… proudly! But only carries a VA ID. When he asked about a military discount, we learned it is only available for active duty, retirees, or 100% disabled veterans. While we absolutely respect that every business has the right to set their own policies, I could tell it left him feeling a little overlooked. He doesn’t often speak up about his service, but moments like this remind me how much a simple thank you can mean to those who have served. As his wife, it was hard to hear him feel like his time in the military didn’t “count enough.” 5 more percent and he would be recognized. We still enjoyed our donuts, but I hope in the future businesses might consider recognizing all veterans, as every one of them has given something to our country.
I'm so glad this is near my house, but it took me years to notice even though I was aware of its popularity. I mistook this place of optometrist whenever i drove by.
