Ugh, where to start? Girls working on food were busy ogling another customer. Food looked old, been sitting a while. Ordered 3 tacos, a beef burrito, and a taco salad. Thought they were supposed to go through the heater? Got home, Food was freezing cold. Had to warm up ourselves. It's not a good first impression.

To the gossiping crew, shame on you.

We don't have Diablo’s on the East Coast. At least, I have not found them in the DMV area. They are like Chipotle, and Qdoba. I was impressed by their quick service, small salsa bar, free chips and salsa at a fast food joint, and relatively big portions. I'm definitely going back for more.

Me and my family have come here about 3 times total. The first 2 times weren’t too bad. The service definitely wasn’t nearly as bad as the service we got today from the employees. We walked in to order and the woman who starts building the food was nice. But then we got to the woman who built the food and put all the toppings in. She clearly had no clue what she was doing, which we understood because who knows it could be her first day. Then we got to the lady who rang up our food where we paid. She was extremely rude since the moment we walked up. (We witnessed this attitude from her with other customers as well) When she gave us our food she forgot to give us our cups for drinks so we sat our food down and went back to get our cups and she proceeded to roll her eyes at my husband when he walked away with the cups (as she’s ringing up an order from another customer) Next, we needed more chips with our queso so I went up and asked for some more and she grabs a bag and turns to her employee (the one building the food that I said seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing) and she says “bruh that’s literally why I asked them if they wanted more chips”. So I take the chips and walk away and she stares me down til I get to my seat while laughing with her coworker. Then proceeds to go into the back with the coworker. Extremely unprofessional of these 2 coworkers. Not only were they awful with attitudes for no reason, but we had to track down my sons kids meal of just a cheese quesadilla because it was still cooking whenever we were ringing our food up and when I asked where it was, they burnt it because they were not paying attention. When they cooked another one, they didn’t even cook the cheese all the way. The cheese was barely melted and I got an attitude towards me for asking for my sons food. I was extremely disappointed with the service that we got this time from the employees that were on shift. I don’t think we will be returning considering the food isn’t even worth this treatment. It’s like a rip off Moes.

Service has drastically changed at this location, as well as the food portions. Bowls are half empty, employees are playing around, and rude. The Peach Orchard location is definitely better.

I’ve been coming to Diablo’s since the first location on wheeler opened. Back then the food was great, ingredients were fresh, and the staff was motivated and seemed to enjoy themselves.

Since then I’m sad to say the quality of the food has steadily dropped and staff has gotten more apathetic to the point of rude. This place used to have a line from open to close but now there’s fewer and fewer people coming in. I don’t know if they expanded too quickly and ownership stopped caring or what but if they aren’t careful, chipotle is going to continue to pull business from them.

A great example was this evening, I grabbed dinner for my family. The rice was overcooked to the point is was mushy. The chicken was burned. Burritos were undercooked and the staff couldn’t have cared less I was there. The they barely acknowledged me and the cashier was looking at her phone the whole time.

I don’t blame them, they just work there. I blame management for having a special thing and letting it fade away to just another fast food place.

I tried this food truck for the first time at the fairgrounds this past Friday and was very disappointed. I got the taco salad and a sprite. A little over $16. That was the most watered down non tasting taco salad I have ever had. It was suppose to have some type of south west dressing, I couldn’t tell and it barely had sour cream and they definitely skimped on the protein. First and last time.

Ordered take-out at the restaurant. They gave me wrong order, but didn't discover until I got home. That was horrible. Went back to get correct order. No apology; no offer to comp. Nothing. Took their time about remaking. When I walked in the second time, the young person I spoke to laughed about it. Food was horrible.

This was my first time eating at Diablo's. I had a steak quesadilla. It was ok, but it wasn't enough seasoning for me. I don't think I'll go back.
