Great experience but hate they are not currently honoring the military discount in a military community. Hope they’re able to provide a special for Veterans Day. Serving in the military for 18yrs, I can say these little things have a great impact on service men and women.
They can't get an order right. They also don't give you a receipt. Given this location more then enough chances to get it right.

It’s just really sad I applied online. I did everything. There was a really nice manager, but the other hiring manager didn’t want to hire me for some reason because I can’t read, but the other manager was ready to help me and do anything so I think it’s wrong for the other manager to treat me bad and not hire me.
Because of my reading it was getting excited because they said what kind of shirt do you wear what you need to wear these shoes and you need to wear this it’s sad but that the one manager was really nice. I can’t remember her name, but for some reason the other higher manager didn’t wanna hire me. I am a good person. I just have a reading problem.

Ok it’s been a min since I wrote a review , I am new to Augusta . The young people in the store both times I have gone have been on point with customer service and the chicken has been off the chain. So good that I am heading back now lol :) ?

The food was really good and fresh. However $35 for 8 pieces of chicken, 2 Lg sides and I drink was not a good value.
I ordered thru the drive thru July 14th. 2pc chicken, white meat with coleslaw, 5pc tenders with Mac n cheese and fries. Water and sweet tea... I got: 5 tenders, fries, sweet tea, 2pc chicken, fries and water. No straw No Mac and cheese No coleslaw I drove back to KFC to get the items and they were given without argument they the window. The food was decent but come on KFC, DO BETTER.

I've had a great experience the few times I've been here. The food here is some of the best from any KFC, sometimes it can take a little bit longer to make but it's always been fresh and delicious.
Went a few days ago. My order was incorrect altogether and I was missing a side although I was asked about the sides I wanted more than once. The chicken coating was slimy and the biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it. This will be my last time going to this location. A bad experience....
The food looked old (by who knows how many days) and looked very unappetizing, as the meat on the entire wing tips had turned completely black. The corn looked like it had seen better days. Some of it was brownish orange to just brown, like it had been leftover from harvest time. I can't be sure, but maybe if you come later in the day, then you just get leftovers.

This is the worst KFC I've visited. Bad customer service since opening. Today 04/17/2024, once again, my order was wrong. Wrong dipping sauce, biscuit missing and one wrong side. Oh, and a chicken strip that looked like it was from the day prior...I'm going to do myself a favor and make this my last visit.
