This is my 2nd time going here while I’m in town. The first time the food was hot but the grease needed to be changed, I could taste it in my tenders. Today I went back and noting was hot, fries and tender cold. The staff at the window and when you order were nice. They just need to make the food hot.

Well, was in town visiting family to see our grand daughter in her dance recital. It was such a busy day so we picked up the $30 family deal and an order of chicken nuggets. When we got to my daughter’s I found that the nuggets didn’t make it in our order. I called and left a vm. Was immediately called back by the manager. Thank you for making it right. Of course, I hadn’t had KFC in several years and we all enjoyed it. My grandchildren already asked if we can have it again when I come back to visit. We most definitely will!

Customer service is terrible! This is the second time the same young lady ask me to pull around and my food will be out. However they never bring out the food. I had to go in or drive back to the drive thru. Chicken nuggets dry!!!

My husband and I had errands to run after work so we stopped here to grab dinner since we would be home a little later. Worst mistake ever. We ordered the 3pc boxes with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and large drinks. The root beer was not good, the mashed potatoes tasted like boiled peanuts, and the chicken had a very strange taste - needless to say we ate it anyway because we were hungry and didn't have time to go elsewhere. My husband had bubble guts shortly after eating. I woke up the next morning with sour/upset stomach with sulfur burps and gas. I don't think the chicken was any good. I contacted customer care, should hear back from them soon, but I will not be going here again. This was the first time and the last time eating at this location. We get chicken from the locations down in South Augusta or downtown Augusta and never have an issue. Beware.

Great experience but hate they are not currently honoring the military discount in a military community. Hope they’re able to provide a special for Veterans Day. Serving in the military for 18yrs, I can say these little things have a great impact on service men and women.
They can't get an order right. They also don't give you a receipt. Given this location more then enough chances to get it right.

It’s just really sad I applied online. I did everything. There was a really nice manager, but the other hiring manager didn’t want to hire me for some reason because I can’t read, but the other manager was ready to help me and do anything so I think it’s wrong for the other manager to treat me bad and not hire me.
Because of my reading it was getting excited because they said what kind of shirt do you wear what you need to wear these shoes and you need to wear this it’s sad but that the one manager was really nice. I can’t remember her name, but for some reason the other higher manager didn’t wanna hire me. I am a good person. I just have a reading problem.
