I can't be too mad since customer service took care of me. And I am okay with the way they handled this. But still disappointed!! Don't get me wrong, we love their original chicken! It was still so good! But I was disappointed with their nuggets which texture was weird and didn't taste as good as the chicken. I ordered a day ahead, but they messed up my order so bad with no extra fries I ordered and gave me half of nuggets and small sides for family meal.... I feel like they need to do better placing our orders seeing all these negative reviews. But I wanted to purchase enough to last us till dinner and there was only 4 person worth of meal. I felt the shrink flation, till customer service gave me partial refundš

Yesterday 12/10/2025 I don't know what it was but the customer service, speed and food was great! They even gave me all the sauces I asked for plus some. My drink wasn't flat the biscuit was warm and soft, my strips tasted like they got seasoned by my grandma,the fries were just right and not to much or to little salt, and my mashed potatoes were good with extra gravy....normally when I come or when I have came something was missing ,they got my order wrong drink be flat or someone is short with me or have some kind of attitude so we haven't been in a while but Yesterday was great I went on my lunch break around 11:35 and I was absolutely satisfied..I almost thought they forgot my fork but nope it was in the bag along with napkins!!!! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was they forgot my receipt im a customer that wants the receipt but I was on break and had to go but other than that great job team!!!!

After repeating a small order 3 times, we paid and were told to pull around and wait when no one was behind us. After asking for KFC sauce 3 times I had to go in and ask for it a fourth time to get it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a famous bowl, 3 chicken sandwiches (2 non spicy, 1 spicy), 3 fries, 4 mac n cheeses, bbq tenders, and nuggets. No fries were given, missing a Mac n cheese, given 2 spicy sandwiches, 1 non spicy sandwich, but we were given an entire bag of sauces!!! Not sure what food it was to cover?! Grape jelly?! For what? We called the number on file and it goes straight to voicemail. We would need to travel 20 minutes in one direction to fix this issue. Terrible customer service. Spent $65.03. Will not return.

Ordered meals at the drive through window. Sweet tea was warm with very little ice, chicken was dry and lukewarm (at best), fries were cold and coleslaw and chunkier than I have ever had it. Looked like someone had taken a bite out of my biscuit. Needless to say, not the service I'm accustomed to so it may be a little while before I try it again!

Went there to order Two Pot Pies at 8:25 PM tonight 8/26/2025 and was told they donāt have any. Absolutely no excuse for this. We ordered our daughter a 2 piece combo waiting in line for 15 minutes until we drove off. Does any management exist in KFC or fast food restaurants anymore? I guarantee they didnāt have any cooked due to time of the night and employees didnāt want to do their job.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it had a very long dark hair in the bun mixed with the mayonnaise by the pickle. Didnāt eat the rest of the sandwich and felt disgusting the rest of the day.

This restaurant does not adhere to their online pick up times. My order status was listed as āreadyā and I waited an additional 10 minutes once inside. The cashier was crafting origami receipts and the team had no sense of urgency. In addition, the order was incorrect and the chicken was scorched once I arrived home. Absolutely would not recommend or return.
