Ordered a chicken sandwich and it had a very long dark hair in the bun mixed with the mayonnaise by the pickle. Didn’t eat the rest of the sandwich and felt disgusting the rest of the day.

Worst kfc I’ve ever had got the new spicy wings and fries they was soggy and the wings were not fresh and my drink was flat. Wasted 20$.
This restaurant does not adhere to their online pick up times. My order status was listed as “ready” and I waited an additional 10 minutes once inside. The cashier was crafting origami receipts and the team had no sense of urgency. In addition, the order was incorrect and the chicken was scorched once I arrived home. Absolutely would not recommend or return.

The employees do not know the menu. They losing a lot of business over that. Train the employees to sell the product. Twice now back to back. Order something they say they don’t have. But it’s on menu in app. So if you want something from there. Buy and pay on app. Or find another kfc.

Food is good but I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru for 2 $7 boxes and a kids meal. Drinks watered down by the ice from waiting. Idk what’s going on but clearly they need some help with staff. Brought me the food and didn’t even say a word. Also I will add we had to remind the person who took the order what the order was and this was after already waiting 5 minutes parked out front.

Avoid at all costs. Slow service, order wrong, missing items. Not busy, so no reason not to pay attention to detail. This was a second chance that turned into a last chance. Will not be using this KFC in the future.

Make sure you check everything if you ordered online. Multiple times they have forgotten something. Food is great quality though.

This is my 2nd time going here while I’m in town. The first time the food was hot but the grease needed to be changed, I could taste it in my tenders. Today I went back and noting was hot, fries and tender cold. The staff at the window and when you order were nice. They just need to make the food hot.

Came to try the new chicken & waffle. Waffle is great, it’s like a donut. Chicken was good too.
Waited half an hour for my order… ridiculous…
Well, was in town visiting family to see our grand daughter in her dance recital.
It was such a busy day so we picked up the $30 family deal and an order of chicken nuggets. When we got to my daughter’s I found that the nuggets didn’t make it in our order. I called and left a vm. Was immediately called back by the manager.
Thank you for making it right.
Of course, I hadn’t had KFC in several years and we all enjoyed it. My grandchildren already asked if we can have it again when I come back to visit. We most definitely will!
Chicken tasted like it was breaded in flower only. There were no herbs or spices.
Customer service is terrible! This is the second time the same young lady ask me to pull around and my food will be out. However they never bring out the food. I had to go in or drive back to the drive thru. Chicken nuggets dry!!!
