We were traveling and stopped here after a fight broke out at Bojangles with their employees. We had to wait for our food, but I had ordered a filet o fish and it was cooked fresh. We asked for extra fried in the Happy Meal and got apple slices that my son could not eat. This was the second time on this trip that it happened. Why do they give choices if they are going to ignore it?
I had an issue with receiving my food in the drive-thru but when I went inside, the manager made it all better. I wish I had the receipt but I went to McDonald's Jan 18, 2025 at approximately 2:45 p.m. The manager immediately saw the look on my face and she proceeded to provide the very best customer service and swiftly corrected my issue.
I'm convinced this location makes all of its money off of French fries. I don't think I have ever received an actual correct serving of French fries. It is always 3/4 of the way full. I avoid this location at all cost.
