The food was fresh and hot, which was very needed. I'm not from Grovetown, but because of work I've been here for two days straight. Both days was worth it. Its a very nice lady named Mitra, that works in the front. She is so sweet and have had my food ready soon as I filled my cup everytime. Wow!! talking about quick service. I want to say that Bojangles has one of the best Service Representatives that run their drive thru. Countless mornings I come thru and Dani is always courteous and has the best attitude and a contagious smile! She is the best! She absolutely makes my mornings. Make sure and let them know what a great job and service they are performing excellent customer service!!!!
Avoid this location. Your order will always be missing something, usually your side. Their chicken pieces keep getting smaller and smaller you're basically paying double for less.

Bojangles offers a different flavor now compared to years ago, but the food is still good. Customers enjoy the Cajun chicken biscuit with cheese and boberry biscuit. The restaurant is usually clean, and the staff is friendly. Despite occasional long wait times, the fried chicken is worth it. The manager seems to be very nice, but the workers can sometimes appear lazy. However, a young, polite, and funny employee at the drive-through window goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, even adding extra condiments without being asked. Additionally, the young employees at the morning window are praised for doing a great job. Overall, Bojangles remains a go-to spot for delicious fried chicken in the area, with friendly staff and good food.
