“I will start in reverse. The food, cocktails and appetizers were delicious. The waiter and bar staff " Top Shelf". The cleanliness and restaurant theme decor, on point. Now, this is where I have a problem. Ive eaten at restaurants all over the world, I have adhered to many dress codes. A 600.00 Cowboy hat is part of a look that is acceptable in many fine dining restaurants all over the Country. To embarrass someone and tell someone to remove a hat, due to a poorly posted " No hat Policy " is ridiculous. Its not like a ratty, sweat band crusted Masters Baseball cap or similar. This is why I'll take our 300.00 + dollar dining elsewhere, not for lack of food but character.“

“So pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The food was amazing but the best part was our server Rhonda. She gave amazing suggestions and was a delight. We had the pimento cheese( I had never had before & never would have ordered without her suggestion. We had salads, fries and a bottle of bubbly!“

“I usually pick any location with a drive thru when choosing a breakfast location in the mornings. About 2 months ago I decided to try something different and ended up at this Waffle House and was blessed to meet Ms. Keri. I have been pulling up almost every morning Mon-Fri. She even remembers what I order now. Her customer service as well as the cook that is usually there with her is superb! My new favorite location.“

“For one … make sure you get the acorn cake and chesterfield sauce! You’ll officially be sucked in for life 😂 My family reserved thanksgiving meal this year for our family and it could not have been a better experience! The place is bursting with southern hospitality, the staff is all amazing and kind to you. Each dish was top notch and full of flavor! We could not have picked a better place for our family! You can definitely tell family and staff at the acorn operate with love!“
