Wowww one of the best ones I been to in awhile. The place was very clean, customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. I will definitely come to this location more in the future. Great Job!!!!

The only bad experience at a Panera ever. We had gone to this location and both times we requested our bagels to be toasted. Both times they threw cold bagels in the bag and said bye. When we walked in to request they are toasted we were told we need to request it when we order. Which we did. If you can’t get something so simple then you probably shouldn’t be in the work force. After this being on two different visits with different employees it must be a culture issue with this location.

To the lady who was complaining about the souffles, you're saying that from a place of ignorance. Souffles often look like that because that's a product of how they're cooked, doesn't mean they're unedible or awfully burnt for consumption, it's more like a deep browning than burnt, a toasted look, crisped up. The joy is under the crust. It isn't burnt, you're just petty about the price.This is to discredit the review made by, Chanay Chapman, she doesn't know what she's talking about.

This was the nicest Panera I've actually ever been to, very clean and plenty of seating areas. They have the touchscreen tablets to order which is nice to see visuals of all the food and drink options I might not have otherwise considered.I got the spicy chicken sandwich that has the fried pickles, absolutely amazing and my wife got a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich which she gets regularly and has never failed her. She also got the the blueberry peach smoothie which was very fresh and satisfying, I got one of the teas and lemonade they had for refill which is my new favorite drink.Not too many healthy quick spots in the area so I am glad this is here, even more convenient with the drive through window.

I’m a daily customer to Panera because of the unlimited sip club which they’re currently offering a 2 months free trial subscription and it’s $11.99 monthly after that. It’s definitely well worth it!I’m a fan of their food items, but two morning visits this week I was very disappointed in the soufflés that are $6.59+tax.Grovetown location…My question is ….Why are they burnt and why are you serving them?

Grovetown location was nice and quiet at 3:30p. Was nice place to talk. The honey walnut cream cheese is great! Clean, nice atmosphere.

the manager katelin had a horrible attitude and was talking about inappropriate things and being very rude to other workers behind the counter. i will not EVER be returning because of her. 0/10. the food was ok though.

Been a minute but went with friends. I order pick 2 and wonder why so pricey my total. Then my friend while ordering asks about sides but are only given a couple but menu clearly has more. She says cashier team member says I don't know (standard answer) so she went with chips. I get my order and the pick 2 are full size individual which was confusing sing that had not happen before. It was explained baguettes can not be in pick 2 (even though a picture posted as such exact items I had ordered posted big as day as pick 2), I say the cashier should of said so. I ask for to go containers because obviously won't be able to eat it all. Response don't have any to fit, causes me to wonder how on line done. A side a whole apple not pieces which not clarified which should be so got chips. By now very disappointed and a bit peeved. Also dining area very dirty on floor and some tables not wiped. Not very appealing. They need updated posted menus and better trained staff.

I came in spent 63.00 ordered a sandwich they made wrong! I was suppose to have the usual sauce they put mayonnaise my husband went to ask to remake it and the girl wouldn’t she argued to a veteran that the sauce was correct even though it was white not Avacado green! This place is turning to junk! Waste of my money and no mama gets are ever operating this store and if you find one they’ll be 16-18 I won’t be returning but watch them go out of buisness because the reviews are poor and it stays empty! Go to evans Panera better staff and food
