To the lady who was complaining about the souffles, you're saying that from a place of ignorance. Souffles often look like that because that's a product of how they're cooked, doesn't mean they're unedible or awfully burnt for consumption, it's more like a deep browning than burnt, a toasted look, crisped up. This was the nicest Panera I've actually ever been to, very clean and plenty of seating areas. They have the touchscreen tablets to order which is nice to see visuals of all the food and drink options I might not have otherwise considered.I got the spicy chicken sandwich that has the fried pickles, absolutely amazing and my wife got a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich which she gets regularly and has never failed her.
