So thankful for the sweet employee at Dunkin. I walked outside after getting my latte and as soon as I stepped off the side walk, down it went.
She graciously gave me a new one and told me to have a blessed day! Sweet people like that deserve a shout out!
Thank you Lewiston road dunkin for helping this stay at home mommy have some energy!

Dunkin' is a restaurant that serves a variety of coffee and drinks. The inside is clean and well presented, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While some staff members, like the manager Mary, provide excellent customer service and make the experience enjoyable, others may not be as friendly. The quality of coffee can be inconsistent, with some customers noting that they sometimes receive regular coffee instead of espresso shots, which can be frustrating. Large orders may cause congestion in the Drive Thru, so customers are advised to pull into a parking space instead. Overall, Dunkin' may benefit from improved training and attention to detail to enhance the customer experience, but there are positive visits as well, thanks to some engaging staff members.
