ordered thru the app for delivery. 4 strip baskets, 1 burger, large onion rings and basket of curds. we got the curd and 1 basket delivered. after talking to doordash 3 times and calling the door and then having to go pick up our cold food, (they refused to recook and rudely blamed doordashand said to come and get my food or they were throwing it away and they couldnt help me). customer service was terrible, the order was wrong and now i have to wait up to 2 weeks to get my $83...read full review
I tried to purchase a milkshake with cotton candy candies in it from your pathetic location. I was told by the MANAGER who has a very terrible attitude (yelling and raising her voice) that it would be a 1.50 up charge. I informed her that there was a shamrock milkshake in February that used the same candies and I was never charged extra. She proceeded to call me a liar that it never existed.

Two weekends in a row nothing in my Blizzard but ice cream. Ordered a fudge Blizzatd but had no fuge. Second week ordered a Heath Blizzard...no Heath candy and cup only half full. How hard can it be??
