Sista Sista Soul Food

First time eating here and the food was delicious! My little one approved it as well! Definitely will be seeing me more often ❤️🥰.

I hadn't been to this place before so I tried it out yesterday! I got the oxtail with rice and heavy, does were the sweet potatoes and collard greens. I ate the whole plate! The oxtail was tender the gravy on the rice made it so delicious. The collards had a great flavor I drank the juice and the sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked and not do sweet. I will go there again to try their other dishes. ?

1st time here and definitely will be my go to when visiting. Fast service and food seasoned very well. I got the veggie plate and it was well worth it. They took me to childhood with their "ho cakes" lawd I had to call my mama in Cali .

Amazing food. Knew about yall from the location in Augusta! Recommended for seconds!!

I was in the mood for some soul food today and this place did not disappoint. I got the smothered pork chop with macaroni and black eyed peas as sides, and it was all really good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I originally visited this location a few weeks ago, they were sold out when I got there. Intrigued by the reviews, I went back today to try them out for the first time. A majority of the menu wasn’t ready when they opened, fine. The reason I am leaving 1 star is because on top of that my dressing had metal shavings and bones in it. I’m not a dressing connoisseur but that is dangerous and alarming. I definitely don’t plan on returning to this establishment out of fear for my safety.

The food was just what we were looking for ( home cooking) and it was for sure and very good also the owner and the one that cooks the food was so very nice the portions of food to WOW !! We'll be back

Usually she cooks really good. Perhaps she has someone else cooking. I went there recently and I could not eat it. The dressing had a watery consistency not cooked all the way, cabbage too much vinegar, ho cake was bland, Mac n cheese too loose...I was shocked bc usually it is good. I just got sides bc not eating meat. I don't know what the problem was.

Food was not seasoned at all. I got the turkey wings and they were tough. The Mac and cheese needed something- no flavor. Maybe it was a bad day but this soul food was not it.

The restaurant is now named Carla's Kitchen. Here everything was delicious from the the macaroni and cheese, rice & gravy & most definitely the cabbages. Customer service is most definitely a 10 out of 10 Carla is very nice & helpful person👍🏾👍🏾
